Although I did not like it, and I thought the resolution was extremely faded and poor, that was my fault for not realizing the difference between resolution And video capable. I tried to talk to the sales person there, but he would only talk to me about buying total tech and I told him I did not want it. He kept going and going and going until I finally said look if you’re not gonna talk to me about what I need and trying to sell me the total tech when I’ve told you not to sell it to me I’m going to leave. and I did. I did talk to one of the cashiers when completing the return, and she was very helpful and conciliatory. I was kind of looked down upon because I really didn’t know what questions to ask in trying to get a new computer, I am 55. I should know laptops because I’ve used them for close to 30 years now but it’s just not my main area of focus, I really wish there wasn’t a push to sell the total tech instead of finding the right device for you but there it is. I’m open to buying from Best Buy again, but I’m very disappointed in this process. This computer was not for me doesn’t mean it won’t be for you. It’s just I wanted a higher resolution, now I know that.

Disappointing!

The Ryzen CPU is good enough for browsing and programs etc, efficient enough to last for a bit. Can't go wrong on the good price points like these.

I don't use any complicated programs or do lots of work on it. It is sleek & lightweight & seems to be adequate for my needs.
