    I would recommend this laptop to do light tasks. Most people would enjoy using this Dell Laptop. It's an inexpensive laptop with good keyboard and trackpad, very good build quality and a fair price.

    I bought this Laptop PC for work and I really liked everything about it except the screen is not a good resolution and is hard for me to read. I do not wear glasses for reading or computer use so I was disappointed to know that the return policy was only for 15 days and not actually 30 days anymore. I guess I am stuck trying to find someone to purchase it off of FB Marketplace.

    Was gift for mother. She wanted something that worked for her needs and this laptop delivered and at a great price point. Good screen size, small but sufficient ssd, has decent specs for her needs.

    Do not buy - terrible performance, constant battery warnings and failure to recharge, all of which started the day after the return period ended. It is without exaggeration the worst computer I have ever purchased in the last 34 years.

    Very nice laptop. Ryzen 5 CPU is quite fast in this machine. 8GB memory is not bad but it is upgradable so I will probably upgrade it to 16GB. Screen is very bright and quality is good.

    It is a low cost laptop, but the screen is so bad I am returning it. I have not seen a screen this bad in 15 years. Very washed out. Maybe I got a defective one, but even the really cheap chromebooks have a decent screen.

    This computer is nice but the battery life is horrible, I have to keep my old computer close to me so when this one dies I can finish my homework assignments. Buyer beware!! I bought this computer because the salesperson suggested it, but I should have invested in another HP computer. I will have to buy another computer because this one is not good quality.........................

That is not the type of feedback we like to hear from our customers, or the type of product Dell intends to deliver. Below I have provided troubleshooting steps to help resolve your issue.
      Here are the steps to help improve the battery performance of your laptop:
      1. On the notification area of the taskbar, right-click the Battery icon.
      2. On the options list, click Power Options.
      3. Select a power plan on the battery meter, such as Power Saver or Balanced. Windows 10 has a built-in 'Battery Saver' mode that can be activated to extend your system's battery life. The Battery Saver mode will monitor and limit background activity and other features such as push notifications. You do have the option to enable or disable this mode within settings or within advanced Battery Saver settings, you can customize the mode to best suit your needs.

      a) Click on the Action Center icon in the taskbar and select the tile for Battery Saver.
      b) If running Cortana, type Battery Saver into the search box and select from the results.
      Within the Battery Saver settings page, you will be able to turn on and off the feature and customize the feature to best meet your needs.
      c) Turn the Battery Saver On or Off.
      d) Additional settings are available via the Battery use and Battery saver settings links.
      e) Battery use shows further info on apps and their power usage.
      f) Battery Saver Settings screen allows you to customize further the Battery Saver feature.
