I love this laptop. It's very fast and a killer upgrade from my old one which is 5 years old. This one is thinner and Not too heavy.

Not a bad laptop by any means, but it's a bit slower than I was hoping for. (Though that might be the fault of my terrible WiFi.) Games that I used to play on my old, Windows 7 laptop seem to take much longer to load. And my art program - though it worked perfectly fine for me before - now lags.

While this isn't my favorite computer in the world, the price was excellent for a backup/secondary computer. The main reason I say this is because I use Macs normally but need a Windows machine for random things every once and a while.

The Laptop is a good buy enough internal memory for the price and the speed is quite good. Have no complains about this product

I bought this computer as a backup on Black Friday for 249. It is actually better than what I taught and very well designed.

I've purchased different computer brands for friends and family over the years. ASUS, Lenovo, were the latest. This Dell, although a tiny bit heavier, seems to be a little better quality than the lighter ASUS and Lenovo machines. Also, the touchpad works more smoothly. To be entirely fair, I did pay more for the Dell than the other two brands, which I thought were great buys for their prices, too. All these mentioned were purchased at Best Buy for great prices, and all are still going strong.

I bought this for my son at Xmas and he has not put it down since. He loves this computer and it was a great deal

Touch screen is an added bonus on this unit. It is fast, Love the texture of the surface when carrying this laptop. Does not slip in your hand and should lessen the likelihood of inadvertently dropping the laptop.

Bought three of these for my kids for Christmas. They love them. Easy to set up and now they don't ask me to use mine. ;-)

Overall Dell product functions average with Key pad and speed issues present.This product is good for a beginner or for someone who wants to do simple projects. This product satisfied are needs for a less expensive lap top'

My computer seems to freeze a lot and the touch pad hard to use in going to have to get a wireless mouse my hands tired using it.I got it for 259 black Friday good price but so so computer..I would like if the keys were lit..

I got this computer for my daughter and I think that this is a good computer for the price and so far is working great.

This is a good computer, but I had problems trying to update the memory ram, in order to remove the cover you need to do a lot of work, this is only for expert, also, you need specific Memory Ram card for this, even if you are able to install one with similar slot it wont work.

I bought this for my 14yr old daughter. She loves it! Nice screen and imaging. Great for writing and watching movies!!

I use my laptop for bills, photos, internet and streaming. No issues so far works great for everything I need it for.

Purchased after previous laptop crashed and could not be revived. I'm not a power user, therefore my needs for use which include e-mail, MS docs, periodic streaming, and surfing the internet are met. It has all the basics and I really like that it does have a DVD player.

The laptop wasn't very hard to setup and it seems to respond decently. With Windows 10 you can setup family profiles so I did that for the children and now I get e-mails sent weekly with a summary of their screen-time and activity on the computer. I really enjoy that part.

Good and sturdy laptop for the price would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to buy an entry level laptop
