My only gripe would be the construction - the plastic top around the touchpad is spongy. Could have a better support underneath.

good, has a few small issues

One small issue is sometimes when you open the screen up you get a blank screen and the only way to wake it is to power it off. Not a show stopper for me at least but something to be aware of.

Beginners laptop

First couple of days there were issues with system as it froze for about 3 seconds every 5 minutes. However, after a system update from Dell, everything is working perfectly. Quality is great for price. My sister uses it to stream Netflix shows, write papers, check emails or just browsing the internet; it was perfect for her.
