This laptop is nice and sleek but slow. I don’t know why but it has never been good at loading and now it’s worse, it may not even open some programs.

I got this laptop during black friday sales and it is amazing. Tons of memory and easy to use! I love Dell products, have owned a desktop and laptop before - never disappointed! The product always works, right out of the box and no problems.

This was a Christmas gift as I was about to start collage. It's perfect for my needs. Not too big, it's thin but a large enough monitor to see your work. Plenty if memory for homework assignments, notes, and pictures. Love it

It's a really good laptop with lots of storage. I do have issues accidently hitting the touch pad though

this laptop replaced my old mac book pro (2011 model) and it' been doing a great job so far. It has a lot more memory and it runs fast. I haven't had any problems with this laptop yet and I would recommend it to anyone.

This seems to be a great computer. I like the screen size, the amount of memory for the price.

6 gig of Ram makes for a fast load and 1 TB of storage allows you to store your own photos instead of losing them or paying someone else to store them in a cloud you may or may not be able to find later.
