I loved my new computer and the price, never had a Dell before but it is excellent

When I first read some of the reviews about this Dell laptop, I was somewhat reluctant to purchase it. Since I currently own four Dell PC's, I decided to take a chance as the sale price was extremely low. It was very easy to setup, great graphics and the latest processor. After using this laptop for almost 2 months, I can't find a single negative comment to make on it. I've owned a total of 7 Dell PC's since I switched over to them in 2004 and I've NEVER had any problems with any of them.

This was exactly what we were looking for. My son began college in the fall and this has everything he needs to take online classes and more. It was also great for a college student on a budget.

We liked it so much we bought another one. Easy to use and support through Geek Squad can't be beat

Much bigger than I was planning to purchase, but the price was too good to pass up. Keys are easy touch, good graphics.

We needed a lap top to show us what our race car was doing, something small and easy to use and this one works great.

The price point and quality was what sold me on this laptop. My teenager is very happy with it for their gaming needs.

This laptop was inexpensive. You get what you pay for. It was very slow and took forever load necessary software. Once downloaded the laptop was unusable in my opinion. I bought a faster, more expensive Lenovo and am completely happy with it.

Laptop works great for basic functionality like web surfing, streaming and productivity. Looks to be expandable so definable a plus over other low-end laptops. Not experiencing any slow performance issues like some other reviews. Would recommend.

I just needed a simple computer and I got one for a great price and the processor isn't bad either. Love love love!!

Computer didn't work at the beginning cause of a windows update that crash at the very beginning, had to restore the computer but after all of that computer runs very smoothly no errors, display looks amazing better camera than most computers.

Was pleasantly surprised after purchasing my Dell Inspiron 3000 series computer to see that Windows 10 was greatly improved from inception. As for the computer, I have never had a problem with Dell so naturally I chose to purchase one again.

I talked with 2 different store associates and gained a lot of information to help me decide on a laptop for my stepmom. Only wish I would have known Best Buy does new product set up and McAfee is installed and free for a month. She got a pop up 2 days later to buy McAfee, she did so, but it never showed up on her credit card. She had to cancel her card. My 79 year old stepmom was very patient with me setting it up, but a Best Buy setup would have saved me lots of time!

Easy to use and it's not over bearing. it's just perfect. My wife loves it very much. Thanks to all at Best Buy.

Purchased two laptops, better price for the best product than any other place including online

Works great as a back to school starter that doesn't break the bank but wont let the kiddos get lost in games.

Some applications ran a little slow. The processor may not be the best. The monitor isn't super HD clear. For the price, the return value is good. Toss away if it breaks. $300 is cheap.
