I did have to get several patches from Dell to keep the laptop from crashing. Seems a little slow to boot but a decent performer afterward. Not bad for the price.

Purchased to replace 3 yr old model. works well, as advertised, but boot up at start is slower than expected, but a minor inconvenience. screen is clear, sound is decent, and overall pleased with the product.

Screen brightness is little washed out depending on viewing angle. Dependable laptop for student or light business work.

Very frustrating when clicking and it does not open. I would also like and email of my receipt.

It has a great screen, fast processor, and plenty of hard drive space. While it may not be a powerhouse PC gaming machine, it will definitely perform very well for everyday task and common school related tasks. I would highly recommend this laptop! It is a great value for the cost.

If I have Excel, Word, e-mail a financial application and a conference call going at once, it seems to work poorly.
