Did not live up to basic expectations

I had so much delays just to set up my emails, then I got a sad face emoji that the system encountered an error... Still kept the laptop until I got a second error message 15 days into the purchase, plus my email was not updating on one account.. so I returned it... I put 2 stars to be nice!

Great for the price

I purchased an open box version for under $300 but received a sealed brand new one so even better value for me. This is great as it has a decent screen, and the 7th gen i3 paired with 6 gigs of ram. Its great for surfing the web, netflix and that kind of thing. My mother loves it and i highly recommend
