very fast and efficient laptop. it suits my needs!

I love my Apple iPad but needed a laptop for other tasks, such as typing reports and a larger screen for viewing documents. Happy with my purchase.

I got this as a home computer for regular use, paying bills, making spreadsheets.. it works just fine but it’s nothing fancy. Very basic.

Its a nice laptop, does the job, not touch dispaly witch i found out that with the same price i can get the same laptop but with a touch display

Got this dell because my old computer died. Would have given five stars but I got malware after the second day. Geek squad was able to fix it.

Bought this computer to use for work, e- mails, schoolwork etc. It works just fine for that. Nothing fancy, just does what is says it will do.

It still works fine 9 month’s later even tho the salesman tried to sell a more expensive one saying this would only last like 2 months

Very easy to set up plug and play. Does take a little bit of time to load up but that’s only because of all of the start up programs.

Great buy for my son’s school work and play for fun too he takes it everywhere with him and it now seems like an extension of his arm

Computer is fine. I have not had a lot of time to explore all the options. Yet I am pleased with how easy it is to understand how maneuver.

What can I say? It is a Dell and worked right out of the box. Automatic OS and Dell updates interfered with getting anti-virus and regular applications installed. I am used to being able to chose when updates are applied - I'll blame this "feature" on Microsoft, who is still out to rule the world..

Great computer for your home. Not real fast but reliable. Perfect for E-mail, using Microsoft word and other products. Not great for business. Perfect for downloading all your pictures and sending to friends. Internet. Facebook are fast to respond. GREAT LOW price laptop. Recommend for a home usage.

This computer works well. However, it sometimes freezes when using Microsoft office. For the price, its a great value for basic users.

This is a good backup laptop. Rather than taking my expensive everyday PC, I purchased this machine to take with me on business trips

Works for email and light web surfing. Lower end processor works for my needs as spare pc. It was inexpensive, so it was a good value.

The computer had to be returned because something was wrong with the hard drive. Best Buy replaced it and the second one seems fine.

Is the laptop for my daughter for college seems to work very well and does everything she needed to do very pleased with this product

I like the size of the screen and ease of use, but perhaps having a faster processor might be my next purchase

This laptop is great for what it is. I bought it for my niece for college. It did not come with any bloatware which is fantastic
