First, slow in turning on as takes over a minute once you power on. Second, even with 1 window open while browsing thru craigslist or ebay or Amazon, it lags. Third, as I'm typing this review out, it also lags: while typing, the print sometimes lags 2 to3 seconds after I've hit the letter pad. And last, since I bought this laptop, it has had to "fix" errors in the system 3 time So, either I got a lemon or this model is a piece of junk. In the end, I got what I paid for.

This is the worst laptop ever! DO NOT BUY THIS!!!

I had just came from an older laptop, so I was excited to get something "faster." Because the specs on this laptop were a lot better than my last laptop. But I boy was I wrong! The more time passes, this laptop gets slower and slower! Runs super slow, loads programs super slow, crashes programs, & installs stupid updates, that only make it run even more slower, etc. My old laptop worked WAY faster this, I wish I would've keep my old laptop! If you want to get a great laptop, I would highly reccomend an ASUS or Lenovo.

I informed her that it has to be fast or I'll get frustrated and be unhappy. This laptop just too slow for me. If I clicked on just documents it took too long to open, let alone try and do anything online was agonizing. I returned this within a week and paid a little more money but got an amazing Dell Inspiron I5-7579. It has less memory but it is so quick and for what I need it for, it's perfect!
