this product works like a 1000 dollar. the price is great. from day one no problems

I needed a second Laptop to eventually take the place of my older Lenovo and did not want to spend the high price of a Brand new Model and was happy to find a small selection of Pre-Owned Laptops available and was able to find one that I liked.

I got a great deal on an open box model - it was still in 'demo' mode when I got home so had to take it to back to the store for some help. The reset took Geek Squad longer than I'd hoped but in the end they did a great job. For the price, I can't complain as this machine can handle everything I need on a daily basis (and travels relatively well).

Tho it's price would suggest issues or short comings it's plenty powerful and gets the job done with little effort it's not a beast but bought 2 1 for the wife and 1 for the kid plays star wars, 2nd life, the Sims

I've been using this laptop for a couple of weeks now and have experienced no problems. I purchased this laptop to retire my aging Windows 7 laptop whose hardware specs barely met the minimum requirements for Windows 10. So I updated to this Dell and found it very easy to personalize it for my environment as well as modifying the settings to my liking. The screen quality is great and the CPU+RAM combination is stable and fast with Windows 10. For me, I think this laptop provides strong performance at an economical price.

Was needing a good reliable computer for my high school age daughter. Our Tech guy at school recommended this Dell. Does everything that she needs.

This laptop was exactly what I needed for all of my artwork and stories. The 1TB of storage is excellent and the upgrade on the RAM helps a lot when running my camera to capture video. It is also a decent laptop for playing a PC game when I need an earned breather and time to keep my creativity flowing.

So far so good had it for a month lasted longer than the other brand I bought I don't use it that much so right now when I do I like it would buy again but hopefully I won't have to

I shopped for several weeks after my computer died and nearly bought a different computer somewhere else just to have the issue finished. Then I saw a Best Buy ad for a sale on this computer and it seemed perfect for my needs. I checked out at the store, then thought about it for a day, only to go to the store and learn they had sold out! Apparently, it's a popular computer with more people than me. Fortunately, I was able to order it online, and I've been a very happy camper since it arrived. It has all the features I want and it's plenty fast enough for me. The screen resolution is excellent. Sound quality is great, and the keyboard is very nimble, much better than my old computer. The touchpad is a little tight and clunky when I push on it, but it doesn't bother me that much.

I originally bought this as a prize for work. After using it for a little one I ended up buying one for myself. Great laptop for regular use. Definitely not a gaming laptop but fast enough for normal applications. I will replace the harddrive with a solid state drive to speed things up a little but the 1TB drive is a great amount of storage if you don't want to deal with cloud storage. Touchscreen is responsive and it makes the laptop nice to use after spending time on my tablet.

It's not the fastest, smallest or sleekest laptop, but it is tough to beat for the price. I looked at multiple other options, but each one was lacking the features (low RAM, downgraded wifi, small battery, etc.) that I wanted. This Dell had everything and was at a great price.

Laptop is lightweight and easy to travel with. However, it is slow upon starting up. So plan ahead and allow extra time for it do the initial startup process.

We needed to get a laptop but couldn’t spend a lot for it. We found this Dell and it is lightweight but seems durable and the set up was easy... it just walked us through it. We needed it mainly for typing documents and basic online use. We are happy with this purchase!

For the price, its a great bargain. Not a high performance machine, but for what it is designed to be, I am very pleased.

I like this computer as it helped me with schoolwork and was very easy to navigate and was able to watch show to catch up on

It's a good value for the price. It's very light, and it has a DVD player. I don't think you'll get anything better for price.

I stopped in and wa skins of in a rush they helped me locate the laptop that fit me best and my budget with in 20 minutes I was on my way with a brand new laptop right at my budget mark.

Since I brought this laptop home I have been very impressed with the speed and flexibility of this exceptionally reliable computer. Many features that you would not expect to find on an inexpensive computer !
