Apparently, Dell does. Very disappointing, and kinda sad that nobody let me know this before my daughter had it loaded up with all her stuff.

It was on sale, and for the price I could not have bought a better Lap top. It’s Fast, I’m able to Do Graphic design on it upload PNG files with no interruption, I create short videos on it, write papers, surf the Net. All with no problem. Great buy, I’ll probably be buying another one for business use. So glad I didn’t let the negative reviews discourage me from buying a great Laptop.

It's lightweight and thin enough to stick in my bag if I need to. It's probably the last laptop I'll purchase as phones now do basically the same thing!
