It is so convenient, and I love it. It exceeds my expectations. It does everything I need it to do. I have a wireless mouse cause I am old, and the touch didn't work for me, and I can control what I am writing. Have had no problems with this computer. I have always had good luck with Dell products .Only sorry I waited so long to get a laptop. It is perfect for me.

I was not disappointed. I was in a rush to buy a computer and I wasn’t looking to spend a lot on one. The computer performed well for what I needed it for at the time.

However, I have to admit that I prefer desktop. This has the same specs, but I think the laptop is a bit slower. It's still a good computer, especially for college students. It's reliable and works consistently good.

The only thing I dont like is that the battery is always dead. The batt lasts a while if its fully charged and i unplug it. But if i shut the computer off and dont use it for 4-7 days its dead. Also I needed to wait for a 4 hour update before i could use it.

Not terrible, for a windows machine

Grabbed this because the price was right and it had a decent amount of ram. It’s functioned well for me all things considered.

Slow computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn’t expect much since I was only using this laptop do surf the internet and doing my taxes with turbo tax every year. But sadly the speed is so slow it’s dissaponting when web pages don’t load. It sometimes take 10sec or more to load a web page, then you scroll down and the web page turns blank and you have to wait for images and text to load. I also found that sometimes I’ll type text in the address bar and nothing gets typed and you wait a few seconds and it will finally pop up. This is how it’s worked from opening it up I have not downloaded any apps or programs that would slow it down. My phone and other devices load faster using the same exact WiFi

Thanks for your review and we're sorry to hear that your computer is performing slower than you had hoped it would. We'd recommend running the Windows Performance Troubleshooter to see if there are tips that can help your computer run faster:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.
