It does slow down a little when McAfee does a scan. McAfee and Office come loaded with the computer, however, you need a KEY code to get Office to function. I can't say anything negative about it, it works great.

1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.

Works as expected...

Used mostly for word processing, and manipulating small images in MS Publisher. The display is nice and big. Full keyboard with number pad. The trackpad is pretty small for the amount of screen real estate. Other than that, it's what I would expect from an i3 with 8GB of RAM. No complaints.
