Then i had a problem with it not charging and not turning on. I called Dell tech support. They took remote access of my computer. Apparently there was an issue with the BIOS (whatever that is). The support agent fixed it remotely. I have not had any issues since. But it's only 2 days. It's hard to have much confidence in a product that had issues 2 weeks after i bought it. . . I do like the spill resistant keyboard/durable design. My 6 pound chihuahua mix, Dexter, is reknowned for walking on keyboards when he wants attention. Part of the reason i selected this computer. I am into photography. The color on the screen is not the best. Certainly does not compare to other computers i've used. And the glare is annoying. But it's a cheap computer, what can i expect? If i had more cash, i would have bought a better one.
