Some pics load slower than some, but not frustratingly so. Give me an SSD over a disc hard drive anytime. Also, this laptop does not weigh a lot. Great machine overall. I have been using PCs and laptops for over 20 years.

Quit opening after less than 60 days

I have always trusted the Dell brand, I loved the quality, and ease of set up. I will have to wait to see if they handle the problem or try to blame it on something I did or didn't do. Lets jut see if they honor their warranty.

Bad Open Box Experience

Seems like the previous owner dropped the laptop or damaged it somehow.. Returned instantly and got the MSI modern 15.
