As I have had less than stellar response from Toshiba support I bought this machine for my daughter instead. She loves it although she is not a big fan of Windows 10. If she is happy then I am happy.

Good deal for the money. Upgraded to windows 10 pro once purchased.

My boyfriend bought me this laptop for Christmas and it is amazing. The radeon graphics makes it more enjoyable when watching videos. I got this laptop mainly for school and I love it!

This is a decent gaming laptop at this price. Only drawback is that it it bit heavy.

I've been having a few issues with this PC because the screen is been acting up crazy. Every time I plug the charger to my computer the screen start blinking and without the cable too. I called Dell and they ran some tests on my PC and they told me that the LCD Screen was not working properly so they are going to change it.

This is a gift for my son and he needed better graphics for his university classes.

Has many of the bells and whistles that I wanted, however lacking the touchscreen.

The Dell laptop is very good and satisfies my basic needs and expectation.

I gave my son my old laptop, so I posted that I was looking for a new one. Dell got the most recommendations, so that's what I got. So far, it's been great!

It is a really good computer, a little bit heavy due to the mechanism it comes in, but is worth it. The only problem I got was that one of the USB ports wasn't working well and when I tried changing the mouse USB, it did not come off. I had to go to the store so that it was fixed by the Geek Team (free). Everything is nice now, the computer is fast and very helpful.

All I really do is chat online and investigate a few websites so this was great for me but should last long I've been told through my expert LOL

The computer is a great value, fast and available in the store.

I use my laptop for work, as well as personal at home things. This Dell is easy to operate, the typing is a breeze, even for my arthritis.
