I bought this laptop before I left for South Africa and am very disappointed. It is advertised as a touch screen but no touch screen. It has no backlit keyboard either. It's graphics are so bad that it hurts my eyes when working on it. So unhappy because I cannot even send it back because I am in South Africa. I trust that Best buy will get back to me on this because they sold me a product that does not deliver what they advertised.

Great computer and it's worth every penny. You would not be disappointed.

this is a decent laptop for home use like browsing, watching movies. Look wise its not very impressive but worth the money.

I just didn't see the performance or the quality that I was looking for so that is why I returned it.

For this price range, I would be expecting a touch screen, and back lit keyboard.

After opening this up we were shocked at how thin the computer was.

Hard drive is only 5400 RPM. It's slow doing everything.

I have had this laptop for a while now and I think it is a pretty decent laptop. I really was hoping for a backlit keyboard and a touch screen but for $599, you're already getting a super fast laptop with the latest technology so that's an advantage right there! At times it can be choppy and it can freeze up but lately I haven't experienced that much stutterness. The feel to the laptop does seem cheap as well and seems a little too much like plastic but definitely not the worst I've felt. The battery is decent but it fluctuates at times and can quickly go from 3 hours one minute to 1 hour and 30 min another minute. Overall, the battery lasts about 4-5 hours and is not that bad. As a computer as a whole, it is a really decent laptop and you receive so much for a low price!
