This product worked so well for me, that I went back and purchased two more for my daughter and son! The bundle, along with Total Tech Support that I also purchased, provides continuing guidance we need to get the most out of these devices, and most importantly for me, minimal frustration and peace of mind.

Screensize is good, keyboard is good. Not bad.....

This laptop has only basic features and the entry level CPU i3, however it works pretty fine. I've been using it only for basic activities and I'm not using heavy software. Only one issue: when I connect a second monitor (HMDI cable), the display is bigger then the screen and I can’t fix it by changing the resolution.

Always been a big fan of Dell products, but the last couple Laptops I have purchased seem to be lacking....and ALL the CONSTANT updates...and with every update, the laptop gets slower! Still a good laptop for the money, but if you are looking for a fast laptop, I suggest something else

Got this for Thanks giving in a deal. Gifted it to cousins. The only problem with this laptop is it comes with Windows 10 in s mode as Operating System. Did not notice it while purchasing. May be something that people should look for before buying it.

Where to begin? The audio/video (camera) is amazing and so clear! It took some time to get used to Windows 10 but I do love the ease and speed! I create worksheets for an educational blog and this laptop has the storage and all the capabilities that I need to do the job!

I bought this for my wife who uses it for everyday computing. The only confusing thing at first is that it comes in some sort of security lock-down mode. I had to figure out how to turn that off in order to install some applications that she likes. Other than that it does the job.

As some other reviewers have noted, the keyboard and materials feel a little flimsy. The black plastic color also shows every fingerprint and smudge. But those things are mostly cosmetic and personal preference. Overall it works great, runs smoothly and boots quickly, and was a great value.

I wanted a Dell laptop for graduate school. But, I did not want to spend thousands of dollars. This Dell inspiron laptop works very well for writing papers, taking notes, and doing research. And, it was relatively inexpensive. And it was up and running in approximately 20 minutes.

The computer is very fast to start up and surf the web. It was a great black friday deal. The hard drive is a little small but can easily be upgraded if need. RAM is excellent for the price. This was the best deal there was on black friday for laptops at any store.

I am still seeing how or if there is going to be a none costly option to remove S mode/Activate win 10 home. The product description at Time of purchase did not indicate the major cost ($130) to get a normal computer... Buyer beware. I am disappointed and feel like this should be more upfront about the limits of the OS. I will either return (if able) or install linux. The reason I went with this laptop (I bought 2) was for ease of use for my children. Specs are good, screen is responsive to touch. Full number pad. That gets it 2 stars. Dell and bestbuy should of been more upfront on this being a neutered version of windows.

I purchased this as a backup when my other laptop needed repairs. Is very efficient and easy to use. The wide screen is great. I use it mostly with Office for writing and research and it does a great job. Is good for beginners and not bad for the price.

This was a great find. I bought this as a gift for my wife for her internet surfing. she had a 17" laptop that was too big for traveling and this is a great size for personal use on the couch or on the plane going to visit friends and Family.

Bought this for our 12 y/o as a starter gaming PC, he really likes it. He plays RoBlox and other similar games on it. Not strong enough for more robust games like Fortnite without slow downs, and/or glitches. 6+ months and no issues whatsoever.

I haven't used it much because I did not install my security correctly but now after the Geek Squad assisted and helped me get to where I need to be, the comfort of my living room will be a perfect spot to browse and take care of personal business

We bought this as a Christmas gift for our nine year old. She uses it almost every day for a variety of reasons, but mostly on-line games and artwork. It also worked great for her while attending school remotely during Covid-19.

To replace my old laptop. This laptop is start up very fast came with windows 10 standard mode but you can change standard mode to win 10 home with no charge from Microsoft. My Dell laptop is still working fine.
