Bought for Grandson.He likes it BUT,there is 1 stuck Pixel.None in stock at the store I bought it from to return it.He does not want to let it go so we will roll the dice.Also has Windows 10 S so that was limiting.He Upgraded to the full Windows 10

Impossible to beat the price, first and amazing black friday for me, got it for my daughter and I noticed that the quality of the image of the screen was not so good but works good and for school purposes is perfect.

Easy to install. I actually bought this for myself as a Christmas present. I love it already - and I just finished setting it up. Speedy, color is great - nothing bad to say.

I love my laptop. It’s very easy to setup. The touchscreen makes it easy to navigate all the apps. I use it for streaming videos, searching g the web, work, and my daughter uses it for online classes. Works very well.

I purchased this laptop when it was on sale and it works great! I love the large touch screen. I primarily use it for emailing, surfing the web, and streaming movies, and haven't had any issues.

This was a nice purchase for our daughter to have as a first lap top for school. We loaded Office and it will be great for her to use for writing assignments and to practice math. A good price for a lap top with some power.

Great for school and beginner laptop users. Son received this for Christmas and was really excited. He also enjoyed how easy it was to set up. He is looking forward to using it for school, but also for a few games.

I picked up this laptop a long time back, I am surprised that it still in good working condition. This device comes with warranty so, I hope that helps make you purchasing decision easier

Basic laptop for the price point. SSD helps with speeding things up but wish it were a larger size. The recipient enjoys using it. Thank you Best Buy for a pleasant transaction.

I bought this for my little sister for black Friday and she loves it. All she does is homework and youtube so this laptop is great at that. I would recommend you upgrade the hard drive. It's pretty easy.

Maybe the tech, hardware, electronics are good but the build quality is not like they use to make. My previous Dell 15" touch-screen laptop is three years old and the construction materials are much, much better. The new one feels cheap and flimsy like the case material is too thin and would break at the slightest squeeze or impact. In fact, the video wouldn't work out of the box. Found if you bent the right corner slightly it lit up. Looking at the case screws it seemed a few were not driven in correctly. Torqued the sloppy screws just slightly and the screen worked correctly.

Got it for my 10 year old during Black Friday and he’s loved it. The size is a perfect, build quality is good for its price, don’t like Windows S, screen is not the best, but overall a good first computer.

Got this for my middle schooler and she loves it. Works great with her graphic tablet and for some of her gaming. Easy set up and simple to switch out of windows S mode during initial set up.

I bought this laptop for my wife as a Christmas present to replace a Dell laptop that died. She uses it daily for social media, email , photos, and general home computer use. She loves it.

I love my Dell. I’ve have it for 2 years now and it’s still running perfectly. Love the big screen. Does everything I need it to. Highly recommend!

Laptop with solid specs. Did need to troubleshoot the activation to allow me to upgrade from Windows 10 S to Home, but was able to figure it out quickly using the Windows Activation Troubleshooter.

I am giving this as a Christmas present. I have already downloaded and installed the free antivirus software that was included. Computer seems to be exactly what I wanted. Excellent price.

This is used as my daily laptop. To pay bills, look up things, type up a paper or two. I actually like this laptop and it is perfect for my day to day useage

Has a good operating system for the available price. Decent ram and storage. Would pair it with an external HDD. Overall good usage. No graphics and hence can only perform basic functionality.

No complaints as of yet. I’d originally bought it for school but, once Covid forced my entire office to go remote, I began using it for work. I do wish the audio was louder.
