The laptop wasbought for my mom and it work pretty well given that she uses it mostly for emails and document processing. Happy about the purchase.

It's a great value for the price, but the Windows 10 S-mode is definitely going to problem for anyone who is averse to sharing personal information with. You can opt out of S-mode, but you must first create a Microsoft account, surrendering much personal information. If you already have an account or are OK with opening one, this is a great buy for under $300.

Great power and memory. Easy to set-up. Fast and very responsive to touch. Battery lasts a long time. Great quality and performs well.

Going to be used for photo location printing. Works well with Epson printer. It's fast, monitor color is good, and fits in camera bag!

Not a bad product. I compared it to an Acer Chromebook I also purchased. The Dell had more USB ports, so that's the one I kept. Only downside to this computer is the screen. You get the best image at one specific angle depending on your view. More recent laptops get great images no matter what angle or view you're looking at. That doesn't happen with this laptop. But, it gets the job done if you're looking for an inexpensive laptop.

This laptop is a great computer for every day use. The screen is large and vibrant. Keyboard is excellent. The overall feel is great.

First Dell I have ever purchased. Setup was weird because of the whole S mode. It was very confusing on how to get rid of that feature so we could download the sims 4 game. The laptop worked well for a few weeks then all of sudden when turning it on we got this Hard drive error. After clicking on the prompts and testing it said no hard drive. I contact best buy support and after two chat streams that were not successful. I made an appointment with geek squad. After they looked at it determined it was in fact broken, a hardware issue that it would have to be sent into Manufacturer to be fixed and that it can take 2-3 weeks. I asked why they cant just provide a new one.. I wonder if I should have returned it instead??? Oh well now we wait. Very very disappointing.

Name brand dell with good specs. Get while on sale! It states that this computer is expandable with empty RAM slot. Comes with security.

This is a great first time laptop for any student in high school or college. A step above a chromebook with touch screen capabilities.

It's great for homework, she can do it in her room on the bed. It's also great for Mindcraft and Roblox so my daughter says.
