I am about ready to return this item because out of no where, the screen will flash. The laptop is very fast with loading up and switching screens. It's not heavy in fact it very light and I love the touchscreen. BUT....if it continues to have random screen flashing, it's going back. Maybe I got a bad one, but I would not buy again.

I was looking for an inexpensive laptop to replace my old desktop. I only needed it for basic use and so I got this on a great deal. But it is way more than I expected! Setup was easy since it has Cortana to guide you through and automatically connected to my internet, TP Link Extender and wireless printer. It also arrived in a few days and was well packaged. I feel it was a great purchase!

This is a great laptop and is great for beginners. It is very fast and it has a touch screen that I LOVE! It also has great picture. However there is a downside. :( You can't download anything while S-Mode is on AND the only way to turn it off is to buy a $139 Windows Home thing which is ridiculous. Because I am a gamer this made me VERY mad. Not suggested to someone who has to download a LOT of stuff.

This laptop offers some awesome features including the touchscreen option. It is fast and the screen is crisp and clear with perfect color hues. Windows 10 makes it easy to use and guides your through most things that you are not familiar with. I highly recommend this Dell computer.

This is a great computer. Light, fast and 3easy to setup and use.

All we use our computer for is for budget tracking and light Microsoft Excel & Word usage. This fit the bill because it's reliable, battery lasts several days (if not weeks for hire infrequently we use) and it was cheap. If you game or require more computer power, definitely look at higher levels.

Ive had over 25 different laptops in my 31 years, and not one compares to this! Its fast and durable with a brilliant HD screen and has a number pad. Got this on a pre black friday deal or should I say "black friday steal" for $249.99! Its even worth retail this thing is amazing!!!

The Inspiron model laptops continue to be a good value for our company. The environment is pretty rough and we don't want to spend a lot on a laptop that may be damaged or stolen. Surprisingly, these value-priced laptops have been very durable for years. This unit is basic, but with 8GB RAM and the SSD, it's very quick and usable for our needs. For the money, there isn't a better option. I've tried some HPs and others that seem to cut corners. (A couple of the 14" HPs didn't support 5GHz wifi.) The only complaint I have with these Inspirons are a "loose" clicking trackpad, but it's a minor issue. Functionality has been fine.
