I bought this computer for my grandparents to replace their aged desktop. The battery is great and the computer boots up quickly. All in all it is a great value, especially on sale. And it performs well too!

I was kind of skeptical about Dell since I had only previously owned HP but they did not disappoint with this laptop! My only frustration came with registering the Windows but Geek Squad handled that quick and professionally! (The error came from Dells end not Best Buy) Might another for the Hubby. The price and quality are that good.

I bought this laptop during Thanksgiving and got it at a very reasonable price. I have been using it since then and absolutely love it. Battery life is good, processor is fast and looks durable. Touch screen works very well and my kids love using the touch function rather than the keyboard. in sort happy with my purchase.

I normally buy computers and then have to change out the HDD for the SSD. For the price, I could not be happier. This has everything you need. I just did a clean install of latest version of Windows 10 and my client just loved it. I own a small computer repair business in Las Vegas. Highly recommended.

I just bought this as a Christmas gift to myself since it seemed as though mine was dying. So far it does what I need. The touch screen is awesome. Only issue is trying to download pics from my I Phone through I tunes. Other than that. Fast and responsive. Excellent value for the money I paid

I am a diehard Apple girl. I bought this for my hubby and one day while I was waiting for my Macbook to update some apps, I tinkered with this laptop. I was surprised how easy to use and I like the touchscreen. I love my Mac but I can honestly say I can recommend this little laptop :)

This machine is great power and value especially with the 8GB RAM on the Black Friday special. Does all the Microsoft Office 365 things I need to do while running multiple tabs. The only reason it’s not a 5star review is the lack of a USB C port, which makes docking it to my external screen, keyboard, mouse a nuisance

This laptop was purchased for my wife to replace an older one. She's never had a touch screen before and she does enjoy it. The laptop boots up fast, it hasn't slowed down since November 2019. Dell always has made reliable products and for only having an i3 it still meets decent expectations.

Windows 10 ,touch screen 8 gigs of memory and I upgraded to 16 by adding 8 gigs on the other empty slot with a nice ssd storage for fast operation. I also upgraded the hdd slot with 2 tb seagate hybrid drive was on-sale on Amazon for $60 around Dec 19.

I just purchased this computer today and I'm already liking it. Only thing I don't like is the screen size but with the other things it has (128 SSD and 8GB RAM), it's real easy to overlook. If you're looking for a good computer under 500.00, this is a really good buy!!

I have not had this computer very long but it seems to be user friendly and I like the fact that it comes with the windows 10 free anti virus protection. I like all the programs available to help me with any project or need. All over it is well worth the price!

Bought to replace an older laptop - perfect size, light, easy to set up and I love the touchscreen. My only complaint is the touch pad for mouse is big and not well defined for left-right click areas but I am sure it will be fine once I use it more

I purchased this for my girlfriend as she needed an upgrade. I was surprised how light it was when we took it out of the box. More than enough of a laptop for what she needs. I hope it lasts a long time for her. Was a great deal too!

I wasn’t sure How it was gonna go with this laptop, but it’s actually very fast and running smooth. So far all the tests have given good results making it a good asset. Mostly editing in it and yet no issues hopefully I’ll continue like that

I bought this for my daughter who's in college. She needed it in order to do some graphic arts stuff. She likes and it was so worth the price considering a comparable laptop was about $400 more expensive. Would recommend to anyone.

Easy to manage and navigate. The screen size is the best. We bought 3 of them as gifts. Nice to hear a "WOW" and "thanks. I love you". Two months after, they are still thanking us. Nice smiles. And yes, one of them is mine. I love it.

Purchased this for my stepdaughter who is starting college next month. It was a "Black Friday" purchase at $ 279.00. We switched the Windows 10 out of the "S" mode and it has worked quite well. It is very robust and will serve her nicely.
