We've been very happy with this computer. We don't use it heavily, but general web browsing, Microsoft Office, etc. The touchscreen works well, it's responsive and easy to use.

I bought this for an upgrade for my mother, she wanted something easy to use and just the basics. I believe this will meet all her needs, great little computer for the price.

It’s a good device for this price, sometimes it freezing for seconds but comparing the prices with others Items it is considered ok, also you need large memory size

This is great laptop for my daily tasks at work. It is very quick to boot and shut down. I love how responsive the touch screen is. For me, the size of the screen is perfect for me, not so big and not so small.

solid as a brick and with great functionality! bought it for a new unexperienced user and they're loving it. can't get the touch screen functions at this price range!. a steal in deed.

I picked this up Black Friday for my son it's his first laptop and he is very excited to use this for school and watching videos and talking to his friends he really likes it so it was a great value on Black Friday.

I wish I had invested in a 16GB or higher as I didn't realize my son was going to play games on it. However, probablt the BEST laptop I could have gotten for the price. GREAT LAPTOP for a GREAT PRICE!

I have had my Dell laptop for over a month now. I currently use it for school and misc web sites. Its perfect for me. Its simple and its easy. I don't really need anything super high tech and this get the job done!

This is a great laptop. Faster than all the laptops I ever purchased. Mine had 1 USB port that was a tiny bit banged up, but other than that the quality was excellent. The performance is definitely excellent.

Definitely worth the wait to purchase this laptop. The screen size is nicer than I expected plus a touchscreen cant beat it. Also a fan of the spec. I3 processer and the ram can be upgraded. Nice purchase!

I had been looking for an inexpensive laptop to use for a single limited function, without costing an arm and a leg. This fit all my requirements for speed and storage without unnecessary bells and whistles

I like that this computer is smooth and generally easy to operate. The challenge was getting regular Windows 10 to engage. It's fast, quiet, can be adapted, and has good video teleconference ability. I needed it for teaching online. Reasonable cost and ready to go right out of the box. I ordered it online and best buy was fabulous to order from. This is my second device I've ordered from them to conduct work from home - each had different technical needs and BB rose to the challenge in fulfilling my needs. This is a great little laptop- particularly if you just need something to meet tech specs. Beware though, you should know your way around software for installation and updates. Good luck!

This was an open-box sale. Originally priced at $500, got it for $349 cuz of a slight scratch on the shell. Very happy with the product, the price, & the store experience. The employee had knowledge.

I like Dell products my sister got an HP laptop I don’t like using it I went back to a dell computer easier and it’s a touchscreen screen much easier much much fun easy to use by this Dell Computer

This laptop is honestly pretty d@#$ great for the price. Really does everything that you ask of it pretty well. Very snappy and responsive. Best part of it all, the battery is killer, lasts forever.

Bought this for my girlfriend for college about a year ago and it has performed greatly. Even a year later, the laptop is still very fast and runs various programs very nicely.

All the bells and whistles with Touch Screen to boot! Got it as a present for my son who is going into management for FedEx so I wanted him to have something decent for work. He loves it!

My daughter is going to love it as I already do and I'm just setting it up for her to use Christmas Day. I've used Dell products at work and know that this is going to be reliable and easy to use!

I am using this laptop for very basic use and online classes and is very fast! I just wish that it would’ve come with Microsoft office but it seems as typical with Microsoft they just don’t do that anymore
