I bought this computer without expecting too much. It's been a great computer. I use it for business and personal and don't have any issues.

Bought for my daughter to use for college. This laptop is extremely tough to beat for the money. She has been extremely happy with it.

Pro: boots up super quick, 10-15 seconds total Nice screen Fast enough processor and sufficient memory Overall good for the price point Con: Cheap touch pad and especially the integrated touchpad buttons Keyboard Is cheap feeling Came with windows 10 S mode which was not in description - free to upgrade but typical home user will struggle to figure it out

I got this computer for my mom so that she can get an upgrade for her previous computer. It's easy for her to use and has everything she could possibly need!

This seems like a solid unit for any basic computer needs like checking email, surfing the web or online shopping. The touch screen is actually kind of handy.

Mistakenly bought this without the 256 gigs of hard drive. Seems like a well built computer but buying something with less than 256 gigs is a mistake.

No lights for Numbers Lock and No Lights to show that the computer is on or is in sleep mode. It is very touche and jumps around too much on it"s own. Also when the sound is on mute it keeps taking itself off the mute mode. Very Irritating . Otherwise it is a good computer but Dell needs to fix these problems and not be so cheap on the lights.

I have been using an Acer windows 7 for years. The computer broke and I needed to get a new laptop. This Dell was exactly what I needed and was a good price.

This is a very capable Laptop that gets the job done! Starts up quickly and the touchscreen works very smoothly. Great deal when purchased on sale!!

Bought this for my 8th grade daughter for her school work. Does everything it needs to do. She loves it & it’s very easy to navigate. Great purchase

It’s a good home computer. It was simple to set up. I’ve had zero problems. If I could change anything, it would come with acrobat reader installed.

This laptop is everything I expected and more. The touchscreen is very responsive. I bought 2 for my teens for Christmas and we are very pleased.

I was at my local Ta**et and I asked about wireless ear buds. They both mentioned Apple and I said we have Androids. They told me that they work with all phone! So as I'm waiting, and waiting, and waiting for someone to unlock a pair of JBL, I went on your website. I saw that they were available in a different store then my closest store. A few taps on my phone and I had placed my order. It took my 35 mins to drive to the store and all of 2 mins to get my purchase. The staff was pleasant ( considering the day ) I will definitely do this again!!

This laptop is great for the money. It’s touch screen and the battery seems to last. It’s not very big but has a lot of capabilities

I'm giving it 4 stars only because the hardware made it a little difficult for me to install Linux. Other than that, the machine is very fast...on Linux.

This laptop has been very good for us and we are still currently using it without any issues. Like the touchscreen function.

So far I'm happy with my purchase. Doesn't have a CD/DVD drive, but otherwise does exactly what I need it to do. Fast, clear picture, and slim design.

I needed a laptop to run an estimating program. Starts up quickly. The programs run quick with no delays. Very happy with this computer.
