Nice computer. Nice size and weight. Love the touchscreen.Everything was going well until last week when it would not start up. Press the power button 10 times and nothing happened. Finally it started up and has since. Hope this is not going to be an issue.

This laptop was purchased for school work and few other assignments as my previous laptop was running too slow despite a number of upgrades and diagnostic work already done to enhance its performance. For now, I'm impressed with the performance of this Dell - Inspirion 15.6 laptop.

We bought two of these. We’ve only used them for a week or so but so far so good. Extremely fast and the set up was easy. Battery life seems really good, 4 to 5 hours. This processor speed is rated very high if you care to look it up. I highly recommend this Dell I-3 Inspiron 15.6 laptop.

I purchased this laptop for personal work usage and it serves it's purpose very well. I haven't had any bad experiences with this it all and i love the fact that it's touch screen. If I had to purchase this again, I would do so.

fast...sometimes shoots me out of what i am doing g and h now off center...hard to acclimate...commands in diff spots...need to adjust, however, all in all, it was a good purchase. best buy guys very helpful...good customer service

I purchased on sale for the wife who primarily uses it for video chat with clients. Neither one of us are super technical but so far it has been working as it should. No real issues have come up after a month of use. It was also nice to see it comes with Microsoft office.

My last Dell which is still working but slow was purchased in 2008. . I bought this one to use with my cricut and I love it !! It’s fast and has the windows 10 home edition on it !! Happy with this purchase ..

I got this laptop for my wife. We had actually purchased a different one and before leaving the store we realized it was not a touch screen. She had grown accustomed to a touch screen so we looked around and found this one. It appears to be a lot ifbang for the buck.

My 11 year old daughter's 1st computer broke down after 2 years...which we were grateful to get 2 years out of it bc it was a black Friday special for cheap... Anyways this computer is her 2nd computer and so far so good. We wanted a pc over a chromebook because she mainly plays the popular games like roblox and minecraft and I wasn't too sure but I learned it's harder to get those games on chromebooks...I heard there's a work around, but didn't want to spend hours or honestly even minutes messing with that. Also there was another Dell computer that went on sale right after I bought this one. After a little bit of research I realized the other computer has a limited operating system...I think like a tablet, so I'm happy we bought this computer for my daughter. It's way better than her last computer and being on sale was a great deal for what we were looking for in an inexpensive computer.

Purchased this laptop for my son so he could use it for Vlogging. It's been 2 months and he is very happy with the performance of the laptop. Touchscreen works flawlessly and the the performance speed of the processor is good for what he needs. Good purchase.

My wife needed a faster laptop for her upstairs office. Most files are stored on our NAS, so a lot of hard drive space was not a requirement. Most of her activity is on the Web, but she also uses MS Office. The new Dell laptop fills her needs at a great price.

Bought this in anticipation of working from home one day a week....4 months later It was permanent. Love the computer. Boots up quickly and easy to use. Getting used to the touchscreen seems odd, but I like it. Definitely worth it.

Have had for quite a while when recently went back to school. LOVE the number pad and I’m not sure I could get another computer without that. Just recently the mouse pad “click” gets stuck, but eventually releases within a few minutes. I would absolutely recommend this. If you plan on putting a lot of pictures/documents you made need to have an external hard-drive to store. Also, I have never purchased the malware protection or downloaded it and the computer hasn’t had any problems. I should add that I also do not attend websites that are stereotypically susceptible to malware.

Have purchased Dell computers for the last 15 years. Have always been happy with the reliability and options each time. This is the first touch screen I have had and so far I’m very happy with the computer.

I bought this computer for my husband for Christmas. He is happy with it except it will take a little getting used to since his old computer was an HP. I also own an iPad, so the touch screen is good for me and the keyboard is good for him.

This laptop works great only problem I have with it right now is that It dies really fast, we have to leave it charging while using it so it will not die on us. Other than that it was a great value.

I needed just a basic, but good laptop for internet browsing, occasional work and printing. An amazing associate helped me and suggested this and it fit the bill perfectly. It was also on sale so I got it at a great price.

Nothing! Got the grands each a Dell laptop for Christmas. They couldn't be happier (over the gift) and neither can I (over the price). Love the patience of the sales rep and how friendly and helpful everyone was at the store. Just an overall pleasure in the midst of the holiday chaos. We were able to set them up so they were ready to roll on Christmas morning.

The computer has good speed and a touch screen. The speakers are not great though. They rattle sometimes. This computer is good for internet and word processing may be to slow for gaming.

Needed a new laptop and was unsure which one to choose. Didn't need to do a lot on it but wanted speed and ease of use without spending an arm and a leg. This one does what I need and more. Very happy with purchase.
