Perfect laptop for normal daily use. Fast and responsive. Replaced a similar model that I had over 10 years.

It's a good basic laptop for home use or for a student. I use it mostly for simple computer tasks like email, word processing, and internet searches. I've also used it for watching the occasional movie or playing an online game and the graphics & sounds are pretty good for the pricepoint.

I really like this laptop. I bought it open box but compared to the new laptops with similar stats t would have been cheaper by quite a bit anyways. The other open box prices were comparable but with less hard drive and memory. Glad I went with this one. Would buy it (even brand new) over again

Overall, it has so much storage space has a wide screen love that it’s touch screen to thats a plus for me

This is a great computer. The first time you boot it up, you will have to do updates and it does take some time to do. The touchscreen is nice and performance is good for the price.

Very fast and efficient touch screen capabilities. Never had a problem with it except the battery life is approximately 2 years max expectancy.

For the money, this was a good purchase. We were looking for a basic laptop for my sister in law. This product was on sale and it had all the features she needed, even a few she didn't need but liked. I would recommend this basic laptop which should provide good value and longevity.

This Dell computer is a great starting computer for school work or anyone needing basic functionality. It's touch screen is a definite bonus as it makes scrolling through websites a breeze. Terabyte worth of storage is always a great added bonus, and starting off with 8M RAM just makes sense.

Purchased this laptop on a Friday afternoon when setting it up it would not connect to my 5G router only the slower one. Laptop is large and heavy. Returned it on Saturday to purchase a Lenovo. Soooool glad that was done.

Bought this to replace a 5+ year old laptop that has too many battery/power issues. I really only use it for email, spreadsheets, and word processing, with occasional photo/video editing from a GoPro camera. So far it's been good, it did take a while to get all the updates and installs finished, but it runs fine now. I'm not real fond of the tracking screen and mouse buttons. I seem to have trouble getting the pointer to move smoothly and getting the "click". It feels less solid than my old laptop, almost like the click buttons are hollow or not attached well. But for $350, it's been a great deal and has been very usable.
