This computer was bought at Best Buy in Wisconsin and is still doing well here in Naples, Florida where we will spend the next 6 months. Geek Squad has been very helpful in setting up. I also have a new email address which I will forward to Best Buy.

This laptop never freezes and has a lot of memory for the amount of money. Its a really good college laptop to carry around because its not that heavy. It has a battery life of about 5 hours on battery saver mode so you don't have to carry around a charger with you also. I love that its lightweight but also includes a CD Player, a lot of storage, memory card reader, and an Ethernet port which I use in my dorm to get faster internet than using the WiFi, which is really slow in college. BEST BUY WORKERS ARE TERRIBLE THOUGH, THEY DONT HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING ANYMORE.

I love this laptop. I didn't want to spend a fortune but didn't want a low memory piece of junk. This laptop is great and my son loves the touchscreen!

This Lap Top was a replacement unit for another Dell. I was very upset in that I had purchased this unit for use at a function after the other Dell Lap Top's hard drive had issues; the "new" Lap Top froze on me the day after I purchased it and the store technician said it froze because of a Dell Company update. There were several frozen machines after customers allowed this particular update (I was told by the technician). Way to go Dell!

It's a little slow on startup but foes exactly what I purchased it for. Surfing the net, checking emails and occasionally working from home.

This computer will be great for light tasks. We are using it to run some church accounting software as well as Office. It gets the job done.

Just bought this Dell and it works great and it's incredibly fast. I can run sim city deluxe edition and surf the web and download an update withought the computer making a bunch of annoying thinking noises. It's amazing and it's on sale right now. Go buy it for back to school or for business management. Versatile, fast, great camera and fast multitasking.

I was in search of a new laptop to replace an aging one that got passed down to the kids. After searching for one that was in my price range, I finally found this Dell. I mainly use for email & my pictures, and this is meeting my needs wonderfully. It has a touchscreen, which is fabulous! More pluses for me are the CD drive, SD card reader slot, & 3 USB ports. Looks nice, comfortable spill-resistant keyboard, & even has an HD webcam. Overall, great laptop with all the features I was looking for at a price that won't break the bank. Highly recommend!

It's pretty decent for the price. It's Large screen is great especially if you do alot computer work, and don't want to strain your eyes.

Bought this for my daughter who will turn 9 here shortly. I went ahead and pulled it out of the box to get all of the updates and download Minecraft and Roblox. Straight forward and took some time but I wanted to make sure she could start playing with it immediately. It is all charged and ready to go. I will update this review if there are any problems.

I did a lot of research on affortable laptops, settled on this one because of features and memory. It has exceeded my expections and works great.
