    Had a number of issues with high disk usage, worked with Dell Support for 4 days to resolve the issue. Bloatware was killing the disk seek access time for data storage and retrieval. Since clearing the issus the unit is working much better.

    For an affordable laptop this is a good buy. We are just using it for accounting purposes no video editing or lots of downloads or I would have bought a higher performing computer. Good for office work. Nice that it came with 1 year office

    I could not find a better deal on this computer anywhere. for an i3, 8 gb ram and 1 tb of hd space. It runs good and plays minecraft for my daughter.

    This computer has everything I need. I don't do a lot of streaming, etc. The only thing it doesn't have is a lighted key board feature. I miss that.

    I got this laptop after getting laid off and I am very happy with it so far. I was surprised to discover how much I actually use the touch screen. At first I thought it wasn't relevant to my needs but I have found I use it quite a lot.
