The machine was easy to setup out of the box, with prompts tacking you through the process. Had to apply some patches after setup to completely make use of current WIFI. Has very good speed and the hard drive capacity was of great value. Over all, for the money, a good value.

I bought this laptop to stop the bad habit of working on my phone while at home. It is a no frills simple machine that I'm actually enjoying more than expected. There are nicer machines out there that feel, look and perform better but for the price this one is tough to beat.

The dell laptop looks promising and I found the best deal from Best Buy all across. I feel good from purchasing here and only concern that bothers me is the battery stand up which was near to 75-85 mins only. Other than this concern everything looks promising in the product.

This laptop was picked up for a special purpose, as a backup to run software that controls lights for a Christmas show. It's a near twin of another Dell that so far did the job single-handedly. The job does not require much storage, so the 1 terabyte is seriously excessive. The memory is more than adequate for the program as well as for routine operation of Windows 10. It, like the other, will be in routine use for regular chores (Internet access, email, carrying presentations, writing documents) during the rest of the year. A more expensive laptop would have a nicer screen and no doubt be faster; this one suffices.

The laptop is sleek and has a matte finish which I liked. The number keys are on the side like a 10 key pad. I used it for school work and my regular job. Fast and easy to use. Tons of storage space for my needs and I would buy it again. Several ports come in handy. Not super light weight but it's not excessively heavy either. Able to handle a virtual machine program with no lag! Definitely reccomend it!

We bought 2 Dell laptops so are twice as satisfied. Great product speed and memory.

I use this laptop daily and it works very well for me. I've restarted it a few times to ensure that it moves quickly but i also have 40 windows open at all times. So far its been better than i actually anticipated and i recommend it for the money.

Easy to set up even without directions (for experienced users), the few questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently by Dell Customer Service. I did have problems with the free trial of Office 2010 vs the Office 2007 that I loaded myself.

This is a very good laptop it boots up quick and everything works fine the only thing that could have been better it s the screen the resolution is low but the price was better than any other laptop i3 processor with 8 gb ram makes it very good

We needed to buy a computer for kids to use for school homework/programs. It was a decent price. The touch screen is a nice feature. Gave it 4 stars, only because it is a big adjustment using Windows progams rather than Mac computer programs.

I bought this laptop to have a windows based system I could access work program and office product with. It has an i3 processor with 8 gig of shared memory and it serves the perpose. If I need to render or edit photos audio or video I would have returned it but for my purposes it is just fine. It has windows 10 and a touch screen that work well but not as precise as you would get on an iPad or dedicated tablet but the extra functionality comes in handy when you want to zoom your screen quickly. At under $400. You can't beat the value.

I don’t use this laptop nearly as much as I thought I would. I still prefer a desktop. It’s nice, and does everything I need it to. I would say the only downfall is the battery life! Not nearly what I would expect. But overall it’s okay!

This is not the only Dell laptop I have had and this laptop was available at an excellent price at Best Buy. 7th gen Pentium processor with 8GB is good enough for all my video editing needs with Adobe CC. I do not really use the touchscreen, but the feature was basically free with the Best Buy deal so i thought why not choose this model. Overall, very pleased.

Needed to get an inexpensive but reliable laptop for a student. Amazed that a touchscreen was available within our budget. Screen is good sized and bright. It is everything we wanted and more. Have had no problems with it.
