As a Realtor I work from home and on the road. I had been using a desktop at home and a Chromebook while out with clients. I decided to purchase this laptop and see if I could minimize my electronics. This machine did the trick. It's probably not the best computer for someone who works in the computer industry but is more than enough for a regular user. I would of given 5 stars but the battery life isn't great and it takes awhile to shut down and boot up when running updates. I just make it a point to restart it nightly after I'm finished for the day and leave it in hibernation when I'm not using it. I'm sure I will upgrade sooner or later but I'm confidant I will get my money's worth in the meantime.

Core i3 performs well for email, Microsoft documents and internet research. I do not play games on my computer. I like the keyboard touch and screen resolution. Speed is good at this price.

This laptop was purchased for easy computing (word processing, web browsing,etc.), and is perfect for those applications. Not gonna be a screamer, but for the price it can't be beat.

This was bought as a backup while my wife's computer was being repaired. It was picked for the price but it has proved to be a fine machine for web browsing and puzzle and card games. while it only has an I3 processor, it does just fine on our uses. No complaints and I still love the value for the $$

Initial setup was very easy and we had no issues. Documentation was very good and complete. WIFI connection was painless. We have used the laptop for about 2 months with no issues.

There’s better computers out there but for the price it’s hard to beat. A great deal if you need it for basic computer needs and not gaming and large streaming capabilities.

I'm not really happy with the new format and a couple of my programs were not downloaded. But as far as a laptop for home use I would recommend it especially for the price.

I was happy in every way with this purchase. My girlfriend and I spend a lot of time online. With her birthday coming up, this was the obvious gift. It performs better than I had hoped, and shockingly way below what I expected to pay. Performance and brownie points, thank you Best Buy!

For a reasonably priced laptop, this has plenty of quality. A decent processor, plenty of memory with touch screen, this laptop is a perfect addition to my household. Probably not powerful enough for gaming but great for searching the web while sitting on the couch. Very happy with it.

This laptop is pretty fast for a computer that only has an entry level Core-i3 processor. Most laptops at this price range also don't give you 1TB hard drive or 8GBs of ram. If you're looking for a laptop that does the basics but very fast and efficiently, then this one is for you.

This computer get the job done for basic internet browsing, email, typing documents, etc. A little slow starting up and opening programs. Well worth the bargain price.

This inexpensive touch screen lap top computer is fitting the bill for my school needs! Wasn’t sure about the touch screen but now I love it. Good size...good value!

I needed a laptop to bring me updated with the technologies out there yet having the ability to manage my work environment also. This machine does it very well. While on the back end of newer o, the hard drive size and othet features serve me well. For the price it was a steal.

THIS IS A GOOD LAPTOP FOR THE PRICE. THIS IS MY FIRST DELL. HAD AN HP PRIOR TO THIS DELL, THE DELL HAS MORE MEMORY AND AN INTEL PROESSOR FOR ABOUT THE SAME PRICE.

Good basic computer. Got it for a young teen as a beginner computer to grow into for school work. Lots of memory for projects What can I say it is a DELL computer

I am pleased with my purchase, although it's updates makes it slow in loading pages. I'm still learning all of it's functions and getting used to a touch screen.

My son requested for a laptop that has touch screen, large memory and about 14-15 inch screen. When i gave him this, he was very happy and set it up by himself. He's thrilled with some of the loaded features in this laptop. I got this on sale so it worked well for me, too.

I have only used it a few times, At first i wasn't sold on the touch screen but after i have used it i am totally convinced a dell touch screen is the way to go.

I got this for my aunt, she is not computer savvy but she loves it already in less than 24hrs she has managed to understand it better than her old computer.

Is was very confusing about the virus protection that was give to me when I purchase the lab top. Microsoft want to sell me the product which was to much. MacAfee was on the computer. To many wanted me to but. No recommendations from the sales person if I need Geek squad to setup. Just gave me webroot box and said this come with the lab top. You all could have made more money if sales person would asked the question of do you need your lab top to be setup?
