This is a good basic computer for school or personal use. Some features are adequate such as sound system and frame. Others are good like touch screen and speed. Overall a good investment for a Dell at the sale price.

We bought this as a graduation gift for our son. He has been using it for his first year in college. It runs really fast. Not very heavy. Touch screen is convenient. This laptop does not disappoint!

I needed a new laptop and this one was priced right. I have had a Dell before and I liked that one also. This one has a touch screen which takes some getting used to, but overall I am happy with this purchase.

I got this when my mini laptop died. I have always been happy with dell and this one is no except. Easy set up..to get busy fast. Was surprised to find it was a touch screen..guess i missed that in the description.

I loved this computer. Easy to use, fast startup, not too heavy and a great keyboard with number pad on right. My husband's computer died last month and he didn't want a 'new' one so told me to get another and give this to him. I ordered a smaller on for me (I take it to work frequently) and it was very easy to transfer my stuff and to put his stuff on this. It's great - even upgraded to Windows 11. Used mostly for online shopping, facebook, ebay and personal letters and spreadsheets.... and most recently proved to be good for Spider Solitaire. It's fast and seems to have plenty of storage for our needs.

It came in 2 days earlier than expected. I love the touchscreen feature. Fairly easy to use, only needed a little help to get the hang of it! Affordable as well.

I love dell computers bought this one for my daughter and she love it . It's fast the price was excellent . If you have to buy a laptop for school for your kids this laptop should be in your list...

This is a beautiful computer. It’s fast and the touch screen is great. Wish it was backlit on the keyboard for the light. But it wasn’t a deal bracket for me. Only down fall is battery life. But it’s not that bad.

This computer is much more that we expected. It is lightweight and fast. It exceeds our expectations in every area. It is a lot of computer for the money. We are thinking of getting another one soon.

This is an incredible for the money. It is in the lower price range but performs like a mid/high level pc. Definitely not a gaming pc, but more than capable of running all of your personal or business apps.

This laptop is very fast and it’s a nice size. I’m using this for summer courses and it gets the job done. Comes with Bluetooth, 8 gb of ram and plenty storage. I can’t wait to use this for the fall.

Dell makes a quality laptop and this is no exception its fast good memory and good price, also a very responsive touch screen for business or just doodle on. i recommend this laptop to anyone!!

So far so good with this laptop. Has hybrid memory, a disc and solid state but is light wieght and very quite. I do like the touch screen as well. Very happy with the perfomance and the price.

I bought this computer during the COVID 19 lockdown so that I would be able to work from home efficiently. My university IT department has recommended we purchase Dell laptops for our company use, so when it came down to buying my own laptop for home, I did not hesitate to purchase a Dell. And I'm so glad I did! This laptop is a great work horse. I work on it +8 hours a day, and use it to log into my office desktop remotely. It's fast, it's light, it gets the job done. I did have to disable the Windows S mode so that I could download Zoom for my work meetings. It was very easy to disable, and I'm glad I did. Don't hesitate to buy this laptop for work or home use.

I needed a birthday preset fr my niece. This was a pretty good deal on a laptop with two hard drives. It has 128 Gig ssd and 1 TB hard drive. It is fast, yet has good storage.

This computer works wonderful very fast and lots of storage turn on very quickly also the only down fall it does not have a disk slot for cd or movies. But I would buy it again in a heart beat

The computer is great. It was an easy set up for me. Once I got the computer working and connected to the internet, i was able to snyc all accounts. I love the touch screen most of all.

This laptop is sleek, and fast. Easy to set up and use, and was hassle free. Has so much storage and I am able to browse multiple internet windows while running apps with no issues.
