Bought this for my son for his senior year in high school and to start college with. It was a Christmas gift and all I've heard for the last 2 weeks is how much he likes it. He is very happy with the touch screen and the speed of the processors. Great buy!

I needed to replace an old computer I used as a secondary computer. I found out this one was on sale for a great pre-black friday price. at that price it is unbeatable! as others have mentioned, construction is thin plastic and the processor is not the latest generation, but it was more than adequate for basic web surfing,email, watching videos etc. It supposed to be on sale again for black friday: would recommend buying it at that time rather than at the current full price. pluses include dvd drive, something that I need that is rare at this price.

This Dell Inspiron is a little power house with touch screen, Core I5 so you can run multiple programs without slow downs. Nice picture and sound, you can even use your blutooth speakers as you jam to your favorite tunes and or movies.

Love this laptop! Touchscreen is great, it's fast, it has a lot of space. Got a great deal with the open-box item as well -- only had to buy a new charger and still saved over $200 from the original retail price.

I needed an affordable and efficient laptop for my online classes and this met all of my needs. I shopped around for the best Black Friday special for a laptop and Best Buy had this Dell for the best price. I narrowed my search down to this Dell and a HP laptop that was $50 more. I went with the Dell because it has bluetooth whereas the HP does not. So far it has been a great little laptop. A little on the heavy side but it has met all of my needs and expectations! Would definitely recommend this laptop!
