This Dell laptop is great for the mid-to-higher range college student. It has the i5 processor which works fantastic without spending the big dollars for the i7. Still works really well with Microsoft Office as well.

I needed a bigger laptop for multitasking and this is perfect. Fast, no lag, touch screen is very sensitive so no retaps, large enough to have 2 side by side sites open and still read...All around I have no CONS at all!!!!

I recently purchased this laptop as part of a Black Friday doorbuster deal, and I have to say that it was the best thing I could've purchased. It is the first touch screen laptop that I have owned, and I must say that it is very precise when it comes to touch. The picture is very crystal clear, and the buttons are very nice. Oh, and the volume is louder than my previous laptop, which was freaking amazing. I would tell anyone to purchase this laptop ,if you're in the market for one. The price wasn't bad either.

My family needed to get a new laptop for general purpose and school. Laptop works great for the price we paid. No lag experienced when using. Love the touch screen which is our first. Great purchase for what we needed.

Was looking for a basic/affordable laptop when I purchased this one, and got much more than I hoped. The computer is fast, screen is clear and the touch screen aspect works really well. All in all a very good laptop.

Simply cannot find another laptop with i5 and touch screen for $349. Added another 100 for a SSD, now this thing is superfast.

This is a very easy to use and user-friendly laptop. I purchased it for my wife and she is more than happy with it. She uses it for work and personal purposes and the dual touch screen works great with the kids !

This laptop works great. Really worth of your money. Good for work and school use, no need to buy heavy duty expensive laptops. Only thing I don't like is Best Buy's extended service is very very expensive…..

The touchscreen is very responsive, and actually very handy in some situations (more often when you have it on your lap or laying down than sitting on a desk, but I definitely use it). Trackpad is also super nice, actually one of the reasons I love this laptop, it is big and responsive, with many multi gesture features in windows 10. Overall a great laptop, with a slim, sturdy and stylish design, for a great price.

This is a very nice computer for the money. The response time and program operation is smooth and quick. Sound is also good. Battery life is respectable. The touch screen is very nice and quick responsive.

This laptop doesn't look like a high tech touch screen laptop but it is. It works just fine but not the best. It is still very good and has a lot of storage space and cool features.Plus it is $370 on black Friday and will drop lower maybe next year. I love this laptop and it is my first one and do not download the facial recognition password login because it gets very annoying and won't leave you alone. I am typing this up on my laptop right now and I love it.

My laptop was slowly dying - first was the wireless card, then the video decided to shutdown for no reason. This Inspiron has the memory I wanted and more storage than I need and touchscreen to boot.
