So excited about my new laptop purchase. Got it at Black Friday event. It's my first laptop, and looking forward to getting great use out of it. Powerful, touchscreen, great operating system.

I needed a laptop that was fast, could handle multiple programs open and running concurrently, multiple webpages open at the same time, a couple of email accounts open and not 'freeze up' - this laptop meets all these criteria! The matte black, slightly textured cover is also a plus and classy. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the weight; while not unreasonably heavy, it's a bit heavier than I was used to with a tablet sized device.

Great choice for a first laptop, for 1st year of college. Perfect size and great price for my budget.

Significant time was taken before choosing this laptop. Have used it now for a couple of months and am very pleased. Good touchscreen, good processor, plenty of memory, good Dell support.

This computer does the job that we need it to. It is very slow starting up, usually takes about 10 mins from when you hit the power on button to when the home screen pops up. after that its a decent rate of fastness. the price was good and i guess for the price its really not a bad computer. we only use it for watching movies. so it does its job for us.

I purchased this computer for my son on black Friday and I am not disappointed. It's really fast and very light weight. Doesn't get hot to the touch. Great computer for everyday things.

Bought 3 laptops to check and make sure everything works great and has features what i am looking for. 1TB, 8GB, windows 10 & I5 processor which you can't beat at this price. Some of the reviews did concern me about battery, slowness of computer and other cons. i have not personally experiences those so far. With battery, it totally depends on settings and usage. I do mine full charge and at least go up to 10 hrs with normal usage.

Great laptop does exactly what I need. A cheaper work alternative exactly what I was looking for.

Even though it has a fifth generation i5 processor, this lap top is doing a great job for me. Has the DVD player, which is a nice feature. Very happy with its performance and quality.

Does everything I would expect. Plenty of memory (8 GIG)and drive space (1T). Nice and light with a clear screen. Was easy to setup as well. Video runs good with minimal hesitation

8gb RAM, 1TB Storage, i5 in such low price, it's a best deal ever. Though, this piece is not capable of handling heavy graphics work. But good for regular work and development.

I liked the laptop I have ordered as it has win 10, 8gb RAM and 1TB hard disk for a good deal.

Purchased for college. Great value for product and computer has far exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend this product to anyone interested in buying a computer.

Bought this for my nephew. Used it for a couple of weeks setting it up and making sure it is good before giving it to him. I like the screen as it looks very good. Felt a little bulky though and I believe that is ok considering this is a 15.6 screen. Sound is very good from the speakers and felt the processor was a little slow couple of time. Overall good buy for this and hope it will serve the purpose for my nephew.

The specs of this computer, combined with the fact that it is a touch screen, make this a great bargain. It responds quickly, looks great, and does everything I need it to do.

This an upgrade for my Toshiba purchased at Best Buy in 2011, a Windows7 with an I3 Intel processor. The touch screen Windows 10 brings me to the latest operating system. The only disappointment is the slow start up with the Intel I5 Core processor with a greater than a 2.0 clock speed. The start up is slower than the old Toshiba which is now the back up. I am disappointed Toshiba no longer offers new computers.

Great laptop for school ,performance is good memory is great good price, the only thing that I don't like is the plastic material look kinda cheap but I'm very happy so far.

Fast chip, and very easy to use. but the computer on and disc busy light will not come on.

My wife loves it. Touch screen is nice. Has everything needed for a very reasonable price.
