This laptop is very nice! I'm very happy with my purchase. Not only is it fast but i love the storage on it.

We bought this lap top for my 13 year old son for Christmas. We wanted something with enough power and storage to run his online gaming as well as be used for school. (I was always nervous when he would use mine) He set it up on his own and so far it seems to be capable of what he needs it for.

A replacement for an older Toshiba. Works well for all college needs. No need for expensive processors and fancy extras. Just the right size and power for a serious college student. Would recommend a SSD if you can afford it for quicker booting. Touchscreen is great! Battery life is average.

I purchased it recently, have been using since few days, performance is awesome and touch quality, build is good and it's not game laptop but yet has best performance than compared to others at similar range. I would recommend this to anyone who looking for performance laptop other than gaming.

I bought two of these for my twins that are attending college. They love the speed and especially love the touch feature. If they are pleased then I certainly am too. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the first one was defective and had to be exchanged for another one.

I came to the Geek Squad to retrieve my data and place on the new laptop that I would purchase. Not all of my data was retrieved from the old laptop nor from my external hard drive, which I explicitly stated was extremely important. The only explanation I was given was to contact the seller of my external hard drive. While I'm happy with my new Dell 550 1 Inspiron 15 3000 Touch Laptop, before I purchased it, I asked the Best Buy sales rep if it would be going on sale within the week, and he said no. Well, that turned out not to be true because the day before Black Friday, it did! I tweeted about it, and the response I received was "So sorry, we don't give discounts for merchandise going on sale on Black Friday". Thing is that it went on sale the day before! I feel cheated, and said so on Twitter with many replies from others with similar experiences. While I would recommend this laptop, the integrity of Best Buy is questionable...you should be more consumer-amenable than this!

The mid priced laptop is a great overall value with a touchscreen do some memory and very good speed.

I bought this laptop during the black friday deal promotion. The Price and specifications seem like a great deal and was too good to miss.... That being said, Its an okay laptop to surf the net, check emails and type letters for work. (Which suits my basic needs for now.) If you need to do more than that you may want to skip this one. My only grievance is the touch mouse pad which truly sucks and infuriates me whenever I need to right click. I ended up purchasing a wireless mouse and that was the best decision ever!! If I have to do it all over again I would not buy this laptop. I would choose another model.

I really like this laptop. It functions perfectly for my personal use which includes homework assignments and the like. I've been wanting a touchscreen laptop for a while and saw this during a black friday sale. The only thing that I've found minutely problematic is that there are occasional glitches when you switch from using the touchscreen and keyboard but this doesn't interfere enough for me to rate it any less than 5 stars.

The battery life is amazing and the HD dvd is awesome. 1tb hard drive for incredible performance.

This is my first touchscreen computer and I very much like this computer it will do everything I need to do for my work and play I also got a great price on this computer on Black Friday at Best Buy so everything considered we are very pleased with the computer that we got here.

Although I am not usually a fan of Dell, however, so far this laptop has been great. The keyboard is a little small compared to my previously 17 inch laptop but not terrible. I do not know how I lived without a touchscreen laptop before; it does sometimes really come in handy.

This is kind of a steal on black friday at $349.99. Most touchscreens with this much power are $450+ minimum. This thing handles multitasking very well and the touchscreen is kind of novelty. (if you think you NEED to have touchscreen because its cool, pass, you barely use it)

I have brought this laptop during Black Friday sale. It has all required features for home usage and is in budget price.It is working smoothly without any issues.Only two small aspects are missing in this laptop i.e. Keyboard backlight and Full HD display resolution 1080p.
