It's a great looking laptop but is actually slower than my old computer it seems but has great graphics,cd rom, battery life. Not a huge fan of windows ten either but that's not the computers fault. Good computer overall for the price.

I had 100% disk usage problem after updating to microsoft windows anniversary update. I had to stop few services and contacted dell regarding the issue. It was not solved permanently. Other than that its a great laptop to start with.

I really enjoy the touch screen. The ease of finding apps is awesome.

An economical yet powerful computer with a solid performance. My only complaint is that the computer screen can only open to approximately 110 degrees from the keyboard, making it somewhat uncomfortable for a tall person to use.

It's frozen on me a few times; it happened about two days after getting this laptop. Has done it a handful of times since. Not sure what the problem is. Other than that, great laptop, easy to use, and the touch screen is awesome.

been using this laptop for about a year now and i like how fast it is (i only use it for netflix, microsoft word, and some websurfing). i do notice that it gets warm when running netflix but no real cause of concern.

I got this laptop on the black friday specials, it's very light and is pretty responsive. I still need to figure out how to shut of a few of the automatic settings, as they pop up at odd times. But over all a very solid value.

It's a reasonable laptop for the price, nothing special about it. It is reasonably fast and can run 3d modeling software fine as long as nothing else is running in the background. No issues for the 3 weeks I have owned it.

I'm using it as my personal and as a family.It works very good.

This was a gift for my brother that I bought during Thanksgiving sale. The touchscreen is so good that I hardly use the keypad. It gives the feel of a bigger size tab. The laptop is so cool that I wish I could retain it.

Laptop screen resolution and brightness is not great, but ok for the price. Since i got this laptop in a deal for great purchase price and it lives upto the price tag.
