This is a great laptop with a touch screen for the price. The touch screen makes editing pictures a lot easier. Only complaint is that the power cable is a 3 prong plug which makes me have to keep an adapter with me.

Just got this for my aunt who barey used laptop , solves the purpose without issues and for what its worth its pretty good

Great for general pc use. Excellent pc for web surfing, get to know Windows 10, Microsoft apps. and awesome touch screen. No backlight keyboard, not a 1080 screen and not an i7 processor so NOT great for gaming.

I have had several Dell laptops over the years with work-issued computers, which have been great work-horses. Most of my work has been using the Microsoft Office package, email, and web-based programs related to my work. I bought this Dell Inspiron for personal use and private consultation work - it is definitely meeting my needs. I did buy the Microsoft 365 on top of the computer, but was still a great deal. The reason for the 4 instead of 5-star rating is the weight...I find that the laptop is heavy but for my current use, it is fine! If I was carrying it around as much as I did in my previous position (5-6 times/moves each day), I would find this too cumbersome. For the price I paid ($350), I really can't complain too much!!

I got this on Thanksgiving. My initial thoughts were this may not be best purchase. but it turned out the laptop is good for my day to day use and great battery life. Its sturdy and have no issues what so ever.

I purchased this laptop to replace my net-book. I was not able to view entire pages on certain websites on my netbook, this laptop allows me to see everything I need to. BF likes the touch screen option as he is not computer savvy and prefers touchscreen tablets. We only access internet sites, we have yet to make/save any documents.

I purchased this pc in open box clearance because my old laptop died. This Dell laptop turned out to be better than I expected. It is fast enough for watching movies, web browsing, and playing online games.

I bought this laptop to use as a back-up for my business. Didn't realize it was a "refurbished" computer until weeks later. It runs great, is fairly fast and performs well. I would buy it again at this price.

Easy to use and very light and powerful i5 processor.

I purchased this laptop as my other one was dying. I only needed one primarily for emails, MSoffice and internet. This PC is fast enough and has great screen resolution. I recommend this for most/casual users.
