I bought this laptop for my brother-in-law for $350. He liked it much and bestbuy is always giving good deals.

I like the touch screen feature. It's light. It has many features. I wish they came programmed with word. It would make it easier for a college student!

We purchased this for my daughter, who is in the 7th grade, to use for school work. She was able to set it up on her own and begin using it right away. She loves it and has had no issues to date.

I dont have any negatives for this laptop. I bought it to check email and perform daily functions. It does well in suiting these purposes. speed is good, and is all around a great laptop to have.

I was in need of a new laptop. My Sony Vaio took a dump after only 2 years. Needless to say I was not very pleased about this and discussed the situation with Kevin McBride, mgr, in the computer department. He stepped up big time. He understood my frustration and worked on getting me a good price on a new laptop. I use it at home just for basic things so I wasn't looking for a high priced, all the bells and whistles type of unit. I was leery of Windows 10- had put it on my Sony, and removed it same day- but so far it has been fairly easy to use. I have no complaints at this time. Thanks once again to Kevin for his help. Best Buy is my go to store for all my electronics purchases.

Needed a new laptop and checked into a Dell since I have a Dell PC that I am totally happy with. Dell did not disappoint me at all. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that it has a touch screen...which I must have overlooked when I ordered it. Again Dell came through with a product I am totally happy with.

So far I really like this computer, the only reason for the 4 is Windows 10 is different and I am having to figure it out. Love the touch screen. This isn't a fancy computer but fits my needs.

Happy with the laptop.it works well for the cost I paid. the touch screen response is decent. Not the very latest CPU but good enough for daily browsing, watching videos and basic work.

I purchased this laptop after my last one crashed and I have been very happy with how easy it was to use compared to the Toshiba I had. I would recommend this product for general home use.

Initial setup was quick and simple. Laptop seems fast. Keyboard is nice - I'm picky with how the keys feel. May get a second one to replace an older Lenovo. Overall great purchase so far.

Good configuration. I would choose an i7 processor for my main machine. Easy setup and touch screen works nicely. I was pleasantly surprised by the relative lack of bloatware on a Dell.

I bought almost the same laptop last year for my daughter, only it had an i3. It has worked great, so when I saw this with the i5 right before Black Friday, I jumped on it right away. It came within a week and I've been very happy so far. We do not do any gaming...just basic stuff. I'm very happy.

This laptop performs as well as can be expected from a Dell at this price point - the touch screen is a nice added feature but with a fixed screen, I don't think it will get much use.

This Dell is relatively fast for most basic functions. It is great for web browsing, word processing, spreadsheets and some games. For a moderate price computer I recommend it.

I didn't need anything fancy in a laptop since new technology makes the best almost obsolete too quickly. That said, I found my Dell Inspiron 15 to be great. It has been reliable and powerful enough for my browsing, email, and video downloads. A pretty good deal for the affordable price.

Got this laptop for my daughter as a replacement for a old 6 year laptop. Nice unit. Fast processor. Good screen. Price right. Negatives: cheap plastic case,. The 1TB drive is slow.

I purchased this laptop for my 8 year old daughter. She loves it as it is a touch screen so she could easily adapt to it from using a tablet in the past. Sufficient specs for her.

I've had this cpu for a while now and it's been ok so far. I mainly bought to replace an outdated cpu and the price was really good. It does the job for basic internet surfing

Bought for the in laws. Nice computer for the price. Wasn't a fan of touch screens because of fingerprints on the screen but I didn't notice any after using it for awhile. Also windows 10 works very well with a touch screen. Very intuitive and quick to navigate around with the touch screen.

Purchased as a replacement for an older laptop. Much faster than the earlier one. Did remove much oh the manufacturers excess software but this is normal on today's new machines
