THis is the best laptop at the rate I purchased it. I bought it at $349. Spec-wise it is totally loaded. Only downside is mousepad, which will take some time to get used to.

My family loves how I come through on Skype now. Also I noticed that it is so much faster then my old one. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles but a great deal for the price.

We had an old XP laptop and Windows 7 desktop die on us at nearly the same time, leaving us with only one Windows 7 laptop for two users. While we have mixed feelings about Windows 10, the performance is great, especially for $350 (early Black Friday deal), and we keep two users happy!

This is my second laptop and I am blown away by how much faster and easier this one is to use compared to my old one. I still have a desktop unit that I keep most of my basic stuff on but this Dell laptop is my go to for almost everything now. Great computer at a great price. Love It!

Good basic everyday computer. It's nice that it's touchscreen and has a optical drive. However not suitable for heavy tasks like gaming, video processing, etc. Also, the built quality can be improved on. I purchased this laptop on Black Friday for $350, that price suits the quality and preformance of it. I would recommend spending a little more and getting something better for heavier tasks, but for basic tasks like web browsing and studying, it gets the job done.

Very nice laptop with enough hardware to do whatever you need except hardcore gaming if your into that sort of thing. I'm not a huge fan of Windows 10 but some people may like it. The touch screen is a nice to have if you don't have a mouse, but i basically never use it.

I've had this laptop for 2 months now and it's great. The touch screen is a plus. The mouse pad can be a little touchy but a fix for that is to pick up a wireless mouse.

Laptop has all the features anyone would find in most sofisticated desktops. Its ease of operation allows full use immediately for a novice or an expert; however, if any issues arise Best Buy provides free in store set up. It is truly one of the best laptops sold for the cost.

I recently picked this up during the November sales and I'm very pleased with the performance for a mid range laptop. Definitely worth picking up around the $350 mark.

I purchased this laptop during thanksgiving.. one of the best budget laptops . I am not happy with 720p display but cannot complain considering this budget laptop....

I bought this laptop to cover the basics. Internet, saving pics, touchscreen, microphone function. Overall I'm fairly happy! Especially with the voice recognition, it's pretty accurate. Great buy. Maybe the screen resolution could be clearer but still great overall.

So far so good. I got two of these computers for my teen kids. They will finally be able to do their school work without fighting over who has to use it first. It was a great Black Friday deal and with the choice of 0% interest it was a great buy! My kids are loving it.

Replaced an HP. Found out windows 10 uses a lot of bandwidth. Once that was resolved, the laptop serves our purpose. It was a great price and has a lot of features

I purchased this laptop for my daughter who is going to be in college in a few months. It was easy to transition to from our family MAC and she loves the touch screen feature. She had no problems loading the software I got her and is using it now for high school work.

Purchased this for a family member. Spent about a month checking every website and doing an analysis on what to buy them. This was THE one to get. Checked all the websites, the normal price even beats Dell directly! Great computer, feels great to use and they love it!

We had an Apple and prefer the Dell. Love mine and so glad I went back to a Dell.
