Got this on the black Friday deal and seems to have some issues, taking back to let geek look at it just incase, other than a problem with the hardware (maybe) it has a light on the Caps lock so you know when it is locked and wish it had one on the Numbers lock. Battery stays charged longer than some other ones I have had. On the recommend to a friend I am putting yes because Best Buy will make it right if there is something wrong with the internal stuff.

I can say it is almost good and I have no problems with its functionality and behavior or reaction time and speed etc features of a normal personal computer in this age and for this steal price. It is a real deal for the price and is a very good configuration. I am a bit not impressed by the sound quality and the speakers used though and am still testing the same as sometimes the voice used to crack at times initially and that bothered me a bit. Different color availability could have been made a huge difference, instead of the same old black always.

Purchased as a present for my teenage son. Great multipurpose laptop.

The first purchase was so well liked and performed so well that we ordered this one and shipped it to another family member. It comes with Windows 10 but it also is great with Linux Mint OS. Well worth the sale price during the Black Friday event.

My first touch screen laptop. I'm getting used to it. There are just some sites that work better using a cursor. Great deal for the price I paid.

Does everything as advertised. I paid the full freight for this item but I understand that it was once a Black Friday item where it went for 30% less. If I got it for that price then I would give it the GREAT value for the money description. I also read in reviews that ppl were disappointed that it was completely plastic, in a matte finish, and therefore look like a budget computer. I would tend to agree with that assessment. I guess a good analogy would be like buying a brand new BMW 1 series. Its a brand new beamer, but its a 1 series :D

An i5 for $350?? Yes please. At this cost, when something breaks, we will just replace it with a new one. Very affordable for the specs. ONLY downside is that the display is not 1080p. However it can handle a second screen at 1080 without issue.

I purchased this laptop for only $350 and I definitely think it was a good buy. Fast processor. But not good for using it to travel. Very heavy

This laptop is having smooth keys in keypad. Web camera with good clarity and performance wise also good. Best Laptop in $371 including taxes.

This laptop is a lot better than the last one i bought once it's set up. The speed of it is also good. Good choice in laptops if you need one.

The Dell i3558 8Gb laptop was purchased as an early Black Friday deal and a great deal it was, at $150 off the regular price. The laptop is fast and supports all of the concurrent applications I need for my work-from-home job. No complaints!

I got this on a thanksgiving sale and it was definitely a good buy. I've had no issues till datI and the lap top touch screen works well.

I was looking for a medium size laptop for travel and my photography studio. This however was a few inches too large. Ended up returning it.

Got this PC on Black Friday so the price was unbelievable! Perfect starter laptop for my daughter who is headed to college in the fall.

The only thing I missed was not having a mouse so I bought one to go with my new laptop. I have always used a desktop so I love the convenience of sitting back anywhere and using my computer. I don't do gaming so I can't speak on that.

This certainly isn't a top of the line laptop, but it's far better than what you would expect for the price. It's a great little laptop for my (light use) purposes. The only downsides are: 1) the power supply that came with it seems to be on the hairy edge of what the laptop requires (and/or doesn't have a perfectly fitting plug) because I see (infrequent) popups complaining about it; 2) the keyboard isn't back-lit, and 3) the keys have a "clunky" feel. These are relatively minor issues, especially considering the $350 price tag!

I was very surprised at the speed of the computer. Will recommend to friends who need a computer for mainly internet surfing and typing papers.

The touchscreen is great and I use it all the time. I do wish it was a 2 in 1 and it turned into a tablet. But other than that it's great!

Good value for price. Enough to do my daily work and as a peronal item. Little heavy so difficult to carry but in all a very good product.
