I purchased this Dell laptop for my husband who is almost computer illiterate. I was able to load Microsoft Office without any problems & the speed is fine for what we use it for. Purchased it on sale and it's worth the amount we spent.

This laptop is good for the price. Touch screen is very useful. Do not install free internet security software. It slows the laptop down.

Great price for what you get. Very Happy!! Got this laptop for my wife as a Christmas present and she loves it. I read a ton of reviews and compared this laptop to others that were comparable and this one beats the price of them all.

After a year service I'm still very pleased with my purchase.

1. The Mouse has the worst. It does not have separate buttons, and touch, scroll, and click are terrible. 2. There are a lot of software, but they are not useful after 30 days. You have to pay for them. I uninstalled all of them. 3. 8GB of memories are great, but they are slow. 4. 1TB hard drive is average quality. 5. Touch screen and keyboard are not sensitive enough I paid $349 for black Friday. That is what its worth

Decent office laptop. Heavy in weight & size. Optimal performance. Good combination at this price.

The home screen and general operation of this laptop is different from any other computer I’ve owned. Have used it for nearly a year and still can’t find things that should be easy to find. Also the touchpad is not centered on the keyboard. It is a couple inches to the left of center. And there is no delineation between the right and left sides of the touchpad so it’s hard to know when you’re right or left clicking especially since the touchpad is off center. Just bad ergonomics and bad design.

I wanted to buy a laptop for my cousin to gift him with a decent price tag and I ended up buying this on thanksgiving for good price and it never let me down with my decision. Processor rocks display awesome stereo sound so good.

This is a great laptop for the price. I see that track pad becomes unresponsive sometime, other than than have not found any issues.

I purchased this laptop on Black Friday as a door buster. I really wanted a MacBook but for the price of this laptop and the usage factor I could't pass on the laptop. My only regret is not checking to see if the keyboard lit up.

Worth of the price. I got in a good deal. Definitely i recommend this product for home usage. 4 star because of the heavier weight.

This is my first laptop, and it contends to my high school needs. First of all, it shipped very quickly, it arrived within hours of it actually shipping, and it came on the first day that it was expected to arrive. The packaging was excellent and ensured the safety of the products I bought (this and a Logitech wireless mouse). One review said that the spacebar has issues, and I can agree with that. It is a little small, and I often hit the wrong button, or sometimes it is unresponsive. I also experienced some issues with the trackpad, but it seems to have gone away after a day. Overall, it isn't bogged down with any unnecessary stuff. If possible, get rid of the McAfee internet security it comes with, and install the internet security you got, from Geek Squad or another party.

The laptop has performed well. I am usually skeptical of "open-box" items. However, this purchase has made me rethink that venue.

It is perfect for my day to day computer needs. It is great for streaming videos, web surfing, and the touch screen works great.

Works fine for the price. Finger pad needs a firm touch to work. Screen and speed are fine.

What more can you ask for the price. Well maybe a I7 but it cost a lot more for that. It is a good deal and a Dell. I am happy.
