Bought this laptop for a work trip. Performed very well for my needs. The price & the touchscreen are nice too!

This laptop has always taken several minutes to turn on from a cold start. Maybe it was all the updates Microsoft made on it that made it lag a lot. All in all it was a nice buy but in terms of speed it was not great. When using Corel Painter's essentials it was so laggy it was hard to get anything done. I tend to drop things or they will just slide off of whatever they are perched on and this was not the sturdiest laptop. It felt kind of cheap from the jump but after it fell the first time (only two feet from the ground) a piece broke off and left a crack all the way to the keyboard. The mousepad also stopped working a year later in a second fall (from the same distance) but I was able to use a bluetooth wireless mouse to help with that and also there touch screen is still really responsive. The hinges are also really stiff when opening and closing and need improvement. In terms of temperature the laptop maintained itself and didn't overheat.

We're 5 months in and this laptop is still holding up well for our basic use. I wish I'd have purchased two of them at the special Friday after Thanksgiving price like I was initially inclined to!

Purchased for 12 yr old daughter on black Friday. Put it through various tests and it is working great so far.

Got this on black Friday and can't be any happier with the price and the quality of this product. For $350 I am a happy camper, knowing the specs for the price I strongly believe it was a great deal.

It is like weight. And easy to use. I like the touch screen but it takes a little to get use to the screen.

It is a good value. I replaced a laptop that was about 5 or 6 years old. Works good. Don't like Windows 10.

Bought the computer on black Friday. Overall a good computer for the price. Nice perk was the touch screen!

Over all good performance. The picture isn't as stellar as a non-touch picture but overall a good choice.

The laptop does what i expected, the touchscreen is great add on and handy, no need for an external mouse.

I've had 3 laptops previous to purchasing this one and I have to be honest, this is by far the best one I've had. As of now I've had it for about almost a year and I've had no problems with it. This computer is also able to withstand new operating systems as it ran Live Kali Linux and TAILS perfectly fine for me. Great Power, minus 1 star because it used to hide the cursor whenever I used th touchscreen but I believe that is patched now.

This is a wonderful laptop for the price point. Build quality is average, but is great for light home use.

This is a nice laptop for the price. A little slow but that could be the windows 10. Touchscreen is good.

Good deal for the money. A little slow after adding a few programs. I will be adding some additional RAM.

I got this for my brother as a cheaper alternative for his mmorpg hobby and it has not let him down yet!

I was so excited to buy this laptop at a low price on Black Friday. I always heard bad things about Dell laptops and seen them breaking. It is my first Dell laptop and I found that it creates a weird scratchy noise from the speaker. I am a software guy and troubleshot everything possible but looks like it is a hardware issue. I would never recommend Dell laptops.

I'm still playing with my lap top. So far I'm very happy with it. The the touch screen feature as well.
