Got this off the Pre-Black Friday sale and we are not disappointed. For my purposes, this works great! I do work on this and my casual internet use and some moderate gaming with minimal difficulty.

Handle with care. screen flickers if moved by holding at the corners.

Great for college or general use. Multiple word templates for presentations and papers or charts. Easy to use.

Excellent computer , still working good. Just replaced battery in 3 years, rest is fine

This is a great computer with lots of memory. It runs faster than I had imagine. Very happy with this product.

I came in, this one had been opened, it was all there and checked out. So, I was able to get it cheaper. I had some bonus points, and gift cards. I left feeling like I had almost stolen it. LOL. The laptop is just what I was looking for. It was a Dell, which is all I own. A friend gave me a deal on a wireless printer too. So, my home office is now wireless. I hated running cords to the desk. The salesman helped me and was very knowledgeable, and helpful.

Love my new Dell laptop. So lightweight and easy to take along. I'm very pleased with th operating speed.

This computer fits perfectly my needs - basic images/videos editing, internet browsing, and word processing.

Computer is ok at best,has to up date everytime you turn it on.

Christmas present for my son going off to college, overall impressive system for the price, fast, reliable

Fast and responsive once I changed out the hard drive that it came with to a Solid State drive. It's a tedious process due to the location of the hard drive where you have to removed everything, but now it runs like charm for my daughter. Great Laptop for her needs at the price we got it for.

I bought this product for my daughter who is in high school. We’ve had to send it to Dell 3 times for a repair of the same issue in less than a year. Hopefully, it will be repaired this time. The technician stated the motherboard needs replacing. Don’t waste your money (or time).

Love the laptop it's amazing wish I could've got more than one can't wait to get it out and start using it
