I am first timer with touch laptop, so not sure what exactly the touch quality should be. But for me touch quality is just ok, if I compare with mobile phones. Also, I didn't liked the keyboard. Rest all is good till now.

Start Up Issues

The loading bar will get stuck on the dell screen, and I'll have to hold the power button to shut it down and then restart it again.

Great Value

This one is such a great value - picked it up on Black Friday. We were hoping for a 13 or 14 inch but couldn't find one that matched this one for specs at this cost. Happy with this purchase. Biggest concern is the plastic body.
