Based on price its a good product. The Ram and hard drive are huge and the touch screen is an extra benefit.

spill resistant keyboard, i5 chip, 8Gb ram...what more can u really ask for? my only complaint is that the display could be a little clearer. but other than that, for $350, it's a steal.

I got this laptop for black Friday and this is a real value for money laptop. For laptops at this price point, it is hard to find something with an i5 processor and 15.6 HD display. I would have liked this to have an SSD, but that's probably asking too much. Still worth the buy.

I was not looking for a top of the line computer. I am not gaming, not using photo editing tools. I wanted a computer with a good processor that can handle having multiple windows up and able to browse the internet efficiently. I am sure there are many features of this that I am not using, but so far I have really enjoyed this computer. I would recommend it to someone who is just looking for a new laptop for everyday life (internet usage, email, moderate video streaming, etc).

We bought this computer for the home and therefore a large amount of storage was not needed and we wanted to ability to work from any room versus our current computer that is a desk only model. It works great is lightweight and has all the features we needed at a great price.

Pros: It has got everything. Good configuration, preloaded OS, Dell brand, touch screen, wide screen, good memory. Cons: Outdated Hard drive technology (HDD instead of SSD). Feels little slower than it should with I5 processor and 8GB RAM, still not that bad that you need to avoid it. Conclusiin: I'd say value for money.

Good computer for the price. Pretty good speed, storage and resolution for everyday tasks and browsing. Downfalls are the device is not super lightweight and the touch screen after a few years became a little finicky but overall good.

A steal for $349 on black friday, touch screen works great. Fast computer for the price.

Bought the Dell for my wife for basic surfing, Facebook and Digital photo storage. Huge 1TB hard drive will hold tons of pics and the Intel Core I5 is awesome. The casing seems flimsy but as long as the guts work as described I think it was a great buy!

In this price-mark, rarely do you see such quality, performance, versatility and value for your buck. Really responsive touch screen, excellent molding and case work.The separate keyboard instead of the 'uni-body' molded into the frame is a welcomed feature. Good overall performance and great storage space....crisp video display... all of the basics....just done well...very well....
