This was a black friday sale that inadvertantly adverised early--the manager was graceful enough to honor the ad even though it was five days early. I saved lots but it wouldhave been worth full price

Real good laptop for the price it is real fast too

Purchased a new printer, an epson, which came with sample ink cartridges. Those ran out more swiftly than the store employee indicated. So I purchased the required 6 cartridges I needed. Let's see how long they will last. Seems like I'm always having to buy ink. Should have bought a printer with refillable cartridges.

i brought dell inspiron i5 laptop of 8gb Ram 1TB HDD on 11/24/2016 from black friday deals through online. I got the package delivered on 11/28/2016. But i opened the package and turned the laptop on its showing an vertical line on the screen that means there was something wrong with the laptop screen. I taken my laptop all the way to the nearest bestbuy store they said they cannot replace the product and cannot exchange it with new one. i spoke with one of the manager in the store and he was very much rude in talking to me and while in his words i taught he will beat me. i was scared of talking to that manager because of his rude words. I brought the product in deals and when i brought the product best buy has promised me that they will give me the brand new laptop. But this was the laptop i got with a screen damage. I wasted all my time to buy that product and today i was waiting in the que for almost 30min and with the discussion of aroung 2 hrs 30min.. I wasted all my evening to talk to that manager and he was damm rude to me. If best buy promised me to give the brand new laptop if something happend wrong from ur side u have to relpace it with the new one. Because that was not from my side thats falut is from ur side.. And my day is completly out and totally dissapointed in talking to the manager and dissapointed that bestbuy has given me this wrost laptop

I have been on hold over a 30 min, and was transferred bn 4 different representatives, and then the line hung up. All I want is for the charger to be exchanged. Send me a new one and I will send back the faulty one. There are numerous reviews online regarding this charger, which I did not see until after, so it is obviously something Best Buy is aware of. This was a recent and first time purchase for our business. It seems it would be wise to have associates trained appropriately for these situations, to ensure the purchase of Best Buy products again in the future.

Have been using very sparingly, but after buying a lenovo and being totally dissappointed with the battery life, issues, and most of all the worst charger in the world, this was a welcome product.
