I consider Dell Laptops as most durable and this machine is very durable too. This is 4th Dell Laptop in my house. I bought a powerful Desktop for my office too. I prefer to buy them from Best Buy because i use my Best Buy credit card and get 6% points back. Moreover their tax exemption system is very convenient.

This computer works well, but occasionally acts funny like all cheap computers. At $350 on Black Friday it was a great deal. At full price it's fair, but I would wait for a sale, or shop around.

Nice laptop for the Black Friday special price..Processor is a little slow, but touch screen and all features you could ever need in a home computer.

It came with a touch screen, Intel Core i5, and Windows 10 and cost $349.99. Unfortunately it has a cheap plastic case and a less than ideal keyboard, but for the price I can't complain too much.

Well, I purchased this one to gift a friend and he just does the basic stuff. So, this was the perfect gift and the configurations are great too...I would say, this was a good deal I got...

I am using this laptop almost over a year.. all good.. my kid 3 yrs old.. love to do painting and play games using touch screen.. 1 star less.. for build quality which is little weak..

I bought this laptop last winter. I had a few minor things happen on it like the keyboard kept freaking out and typing even though I wasn't. I took it to Geeksquad and they found a driver issue. Other than that, this has worked extremely well for my needs. I'm typing on it right now for this review.

Good job Dell. I'm still a Mac, but I bought this for my father, it's great and he's super happy so that you Dell. And for that price??!! Black Friday deal? More like black Friday steal.

So far this is a good computer for the price. One issue I have with the cpu is that I really don't like the keyboard mouse touchpad. It's enough that I'm going to purchase an external mouse.

I spend over 40 hours a week on this device. It's very practical. Right size, display quality; and speed. I've adjusted to Windows 10 ( from the 2 previous devices 7 & 8) and 10 is workable. Given the options I had; technical requirements, size, and price, this was the best choice. I'm quite satisfied.

I purchased this for my wife to study. Overall, it is acceptable with reasonable price. I wish it is pre-installed with 365 and other software.

If you're looking for a good Dell laptop, this one is good. The only things I can say that I didn't like about it was the fact that it was a touch screen and it was made of plastic.

Great specs for the money. Nothing fancy on the outside but the hardware inside is worth every penny. I was fortunate to get one for the Black Friday price.

The specs on this were by far the best available at this price. I am unsure how the build quality will hold up over time, feels a bit flimsy, but at the price I am not too concerned.

Reasonable speed and storage for the price...wish the overall look of it seemed a little more "fancy" and not so plain for the price but all in all love the touchscreen and speed.

I replaced an aging Toshiba with this Dell and could not be happier. So far it seems fast and the screen is sharp. Not wild about the keyboard, but that's the only negative so far.

I cant believe I did not write a review for this laptop. It is great. While dell sometimes is not the most powerful brand, they most definitely last. I like this laptop and while I do not use the touch screen because is it not 360 spin screen like others, it is still a great addition.

I wanted to gift a laptop with nice features and configuration and i found this one for the purpose. It is have 1 TB HDD, touch screen and 15.6 inch screen which is very nice.

It was great buy for the price. It is good product. The only problem I faced few times is that touch screen is not that responsive.. But over all I am happy with this purchase

Bought this as a portable unit. There are other lighter options, but for cost and value. It's great. Few suggestions. Needs a light on the on/off button and the Num-lock key.
