This laptop was another black Friday purchase. It has plenty of power to surf the Internet, check email, light office utilities and very casual gaming. I find the touchpad to be unresponsive at times, which is frustrating. I don't use the touchscreen capabilities much, but it seems to work as intended. If you're not looking to play games or use photoshop or other resource intensive programs, this will get the job done. Battery life isn't fantastic. Overall, this is a solid machine for this price point.

I have used it several years,It ok but is laggy had to install ssd drive to pick up spped other wise its a good lap top.

Bought this on Black Friday. It is fine for surfing the web, online shopping and general word processing. Not super fast and the touch screen and mouse pad are glitchy. You can compensate for this by adjusting the configuration in settings. Just be aware that you're not going to play video games on this but it's fine for everyday home use.

Pleased with the purchase. I explored various products and and glad I selected this laptop. I use it primarily for home use.

I bought this for my high-schooler. He likes it and says it does a great job for school and movie watching. Still new so I don't know if it will last but so far so good.

I had high hopes for the laptop and thought the Thanksgiving deal for this laptop was an amazing deal . Out of the box , the setup of the laptop took considerably longer and the laptop seemed slow . The TouchPad was not very responsive . I believe the slowness might be due to the hard drive .It might be a good deal for anyone willing to replace the hard drive with an Ssd . I took the laptop back .

This is one of the best laptop I have ever used. And this is worth of each penny I spent. I am totally loving it. Only one drawback I feel is it's very heavy in weight.

A little slower than expected for Pentium 5. Overall though a great computer for the price. Had Dell's in the past and have usually been trouble free. I'd buy it again.

Dell tried to say the warranty was up when it wasn't then tried saying the charger wasn't covered. In the end we had to bring it back to best buy, avoid Dell.

It's a really good laptop. The touchscreen doesn't always work, but overall I love it. It's lightweight and extremely portable. Only suggestion is buy a mouse for it.

Dell - Inspiron is equipeed with proven Intel Core i5 6th gen processor, the current gen is 7th, but for the price it much better choice, display is average performer

Always owned a desktop and I'm very satisfied for this being my first laptop. Wish battery would last a bit longer but it's very satisfactory especially for the price.

I like the the features and look of the laptop. However, the booting time is slower than expected. I'll put a SSD to make it faster!

This laptop replaced my desktop PC. I haven't used it too much yet, but I like the fact that there is no preloaded software. I can add what I want. I do wish computers came with Office like they use d to. So far, it seems fast and everything works. No complaints.

I purchased the microwave because of the reviews after my MayTag caught fire. Even though it looks kind of industrial, it is stainless steel and works great.
