It's good for the money I paid. Exterior look and feel is not the best. But it works. I'm satisfied.

The price was great and the computer seems just fine. I replaced an 8 year old computer for this one. Wished it had lighted keyboard thou.

I've never had such a great laptop for the price. The thinnest one I have ever owned also with 1 TB of her drive space you get the most bang for your buck. I'm truly impressed with this Dell and I would recommend it to family or friends

I'm not a tech savvy person so this computer is just fine. Nothing flashy but works great for what I do- basically browse the internet.

This laptop has all necessary features which are required in day to day usage, moreover this has optical drive which is rare nowadays.

After an automatic windows 10 update, wifi connection could not be established. Set up a meeting with Geek Squad team, they said several customers already raised this issue, the only way is to reinstall the OS, which is about 100$!? Also, the size of this laptop is way bigger than usual laptops. I decided to exchange it to Lenovo ideapad flex 4.

Bought 2 of them on black Friday under $300 later upgraded the HD to SSD and memory to 16 GB.

My Foundation gives out laptops to college bounds students. The is an Excellent laptop for there needs. Plenty of processing power.

My old laptop needed to be replaced. I researched, and found this one to be good for my usages of school work, internet work, etc.

I am struggling with the latest version of microsoft windows 10. Use to the older version on my computer. Also I bought the Office for home use and should have gotten professional for access to email. I switched to gmail and it is a struggle getting used to that, plus I copied over my email from Office and it does not have a lot o the same functions on gmail, such as sorting by sender or sorting by email subject.

This computer has good specs and performs all of the task I require out of a computer well. For the price this was a great deal.

Just got new laptop yesterday and it was easy to setup. Very fast response to keystrokes. Only one update. Good first impression.

It arrived well packaged and on time. I had it completely setup within an hour. I use it every single day for work and it handles 3 Chrome profiles with 10 tabs open on each perfectly. Totally satisfied with my purchase.

So far so good! Needed a laptop for my home business and this works! Not as fast as I'm used to but I haven't had any problems!
